3. Reduces itchiness and watery eyes- Spirulina contains essential amino acids that help reduce itchiness and watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis.
4. Improves air quality- Spirulina can help purify the air in your home and reduce exposure to environmental allergens. It can also help reduce the number of dust mites and other allergens in your home.

Practice detachment with material things that just fill your space and you'll see how you'll slowly be able to do the same with more momentous situations.
Blessed be for you always
As much as the darkness of the night can be awful;
I’m not scared of it as it approaches;
Because I can count on the moon;
To light up the sky;
Soft is its light;
But bright enough it is to light my path;
No matter how far I walk;
I find it right in front of me;
As if it is moving with me;
Keeping me company;
Till I get home;
Whiles the sun’s energy has the tendency;
To make me hyper, bubbly and even aggressive;
The caresses of the moon on my face;
Renders me sober, calm and reflective;
As the noise of the world simmers down into hushed tones;
And all the loud voices and thoughts in my head go to sleep;
I am tempted to worry about what becomes of me;
When the sun comes back up the next morning;
But the moon soothes my mind;
Reminding me to be grateful for the day;
As tomorrow’s issues will take care of themselves;
Just as the moon’s existence makes the night less scary;
And can be counted on to show up when you need it to;
It reminds me that no matter how terrible situations become;
I have Someone to count on to show up to see me through;
Just as the moon moves with me with every step in the night;
The Creator of the moon is with me through thick and thin;
So there’s nothing to worry about;
As long as there’s the option to pray about it;
If the moonlight can calm my nerves;
Then God can calm my troubled heart;
If I can trust the moon to appear in the sky;
Then what stops me from trusting that;
God will be by my side when life takes a dark turn?
I’m grateful for the moon’s prompt response to darkness;
But I’m even more grateful for God’s sure presence;
To keep me company when I feel most helpless.
What does the moon teach you?

“AS A FRIEND”
“Samahan kita as a friend.”
“I’ll hug you as a friend.”
“Friendly kiss is not harmful naman.”
“Out of town tayong dalawa as a friend.”
“Open ko sayo lahat ng marital problems ko tutal friends naman tayo.”
Pamilyar ba ang mga linyahang yan? Nabudol ka narin ba as a friend? 😅
Beware my friend.
Hindi lahat ng “friendship” ay good for us. We need to be wise sa mga “friendship” na papasukin natin or else our marriages/relationships will soon fall apart.
We need to put boundaries hindi dahil sa green minded tayo, malisyoso or OA. Naglalagay tayo ng boundaries because we know that tempation is around the corner and that the struggle is real.
Gulat nalang tayo sira na ang marriage natin, sira na ang pamilya natin, sira na ang buhay ng mga taong minsan nating minahal, sira na ang integridad natin or worst come to worst, sira na ang buhay natin.
So para di tayo mauwi sa ganyan, ito ang ilan sa mga boundaries to set to protect our marriages:
1. NO TO OPPOSITE S*X
No pouring out of heart, no confiding, no exclusive moments, no special favors, no endearments, no long conversations, no akbay, no touch, no selfie, no angkas sa opposite s*x!
2. HAVE SPACE BUT IDENTIFY KUNG HANGGANG SAAN AT HANGGANG KAILAN
Communicate.
Be transparent.
If you really need some space at sure kang makakatulong yun para maresolve ang conflict nyo at mas mag-grow ang relationship nyo, GO!
Parang ganito:
“Love, I just badly need a moment to evaluate myself. Give me 1 week. Punta lang ako Timbuktu. Wala akong kasamang friend. Paguwi ko, version 2.0 nako. Paguwi ko let’s talk and work things out.”
3. DON’T WASH YOUR DIRTY LINEN ON PUBLIC
Keep it private.
Your marital problems doesn’t need public attention. The more na madaming nakikisawsaw, lalong nagiging complicated.
My friend, marriage can be like heaven on earth, pero pwede ding hell on earth. 😅 Its up to you. You have a choice.

SOME SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:
1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to;
2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.
3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.
4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem;
5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public;
6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time;
7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative;
8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all;
9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're;
10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.
11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately;
12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will;
13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;
14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness;
15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect;
16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude;
17. Never give advice until you’re asked;
18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary;
19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it;
20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. Moreso, eye contact is as important as your speech; and
21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.
22.After reading a good message try to say "Thanks for the message".
APPRECIATION remains the easiest way of getting what you don't have....
