This fact remains unchanged, emergencies happen whether we like it or not. An emergency can be minuscule or it can be catastrophic. While we can handle small emergencies like changing the batteries of your tires, replacing a home appliance or a minor injury, some emergencies can be stressful. Major health breakdowns, loss of employment or business failure are some of the emergencies that we should prepare for.
Have you ever heard the phrase, "sana pala nag-ipon na ko noong bata bata pa ko"?
For some, saving for retirement is a waste of time and money when you are just in your 20s. But the truth of the matter is, the best time to prepare for retirement is in your 20-30 y/o.
Aside from longer time frame for capital appreciation, when you start young - and if failure comes in your way - you can always try again until you find the tool or investing approach that best suits you. More time means more rooms for improvement, more time to grow and more time to learn from mistakes.
Remember, Time is an important element that will help your money grow better. Don't wait for too long before you start planning.
Retire prepared. Be a blessing rather than a burden to your loved ones. 💯✔️

"greed will make one go beyond his risk tolerance in anticipation of fantastic yields."
👉 Financial Education
Just a reminder lang para sa ating lahat...
We should never ever, ever, ever, ever put our money into something we don't understand. That's why we need to learn and to do more research bago tayo mag invest para iwas scam. 😊

Alam mo na bes. 😁😁
Heyyy :)
"Rich people use debt to leverage investments and grow cash flows. Poor people use debt to buy things that make rich people richer."
〰️ Grant Cardone
💁♀️Let's talk about Good debt, Bad debt and Ugly debt...
GOOD DEBT is incurred to acquire something that creates or has the potential to create value. That is the debt of rich people, and gives them an opportunity to grow even richer.
BAD DEBT is incurred to acquire something that decreases in value over time. It’s something that makes you lose money. A common example is an unnecessary credit card expense that you don’t pay off immediately just to spent only on things that you can't afford just to keep up with peer group pressure. This situation puts them in a position that makes the poor even poorer.
UGLY DEBT comes with high interests. An example is a payday loan. In the Philippines, they come from loan sharks, informal financiers and your friendly neighborhood “5-6”.
But if you use the loan from these sources to earn a profit that’s higher than their interest rates, then it is immediately becomes a good debt, but that’s a rare case, right?
So instead of acquiring an ugly debt. You should instead find other sources of money as advised in this video https://youtu.be/aYlYkohTx5E ... Such as:
✅Ask you employer for a cash advance.
✅Get a loan from a credit union.
✅Borrow money from your family or friends. Make sure to pay them back.
✅Find ways to make money such as selling stuff online or joining direct selling companies.
So, what do you want: a GOOD debt, a BAD debt or an UGLY debt? 🤔😊
If you want to learn more about managing your debts, you can attend our Free Financial Literacy Seminar near in your place. Just send us a message for more details. 😊

Paano nga ba mag-invest sa Stock Market? But let's define first what is stock market.
Ayon kay Wikipedia..
"A stock market, equity market or share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete entity) of stocks (also called shares), which represent ownership claims on businesses; these may include securities listed on a public stock exchange, as well as stock that is only traded privately. "
Ibig sabihin, you will be a shareholder of public listed companies like Jollibee, Ayala, Meralco, SM, etc. Hindi ba maganda dahil hindi man ikaw ang mismong nag mamay ari ng company, pero may part ownership ka dahil may share contribution ka with that company.
Meron po tayong 2 ways of investing in stock market:
1. Direct investing
2. Indirect investing
Sa Direct investing you will need technical knowledge about sa pagtetrade sa stock market, wherein you will need to commit yourself to have knowledge, time and also an enough money for investment.
Sa Indirect investing you will invest thru a Mutual Fund company, wherein your investments will be managed by a professional. Then you as investor, you just only need to be consistent and continuous sa pag lalagay ng ipon mo parang pag sesave lang sa banko at ang Fund Manager na ang bahala sa investments mo. In short, you have no control sa investments mo sa stock market.
Pero paalala ng PSE sa mga investors ayon sa video, "It's like investing. It's not something that you put and then you want to withdraw after 3 days, or 5 days....... when you invest you leave your money there. And for sure when it's a long term investment, you're going to realize very big returns.."
-----
If you are interested in starting your investments thru a Mutual Fund company, wherein you can start as low as 1000 pesos, you can message me ✉ to learn more about this or you can check here 👉 bit.ly/International-Marketing-Group
Pero paalala lang po, learn first before you invest. 💁♀️

"Ang kayamanan ay naipapamana. Ang kahirapan ay naipapamana din. Kaya dapat ang kahirapan, huminto sayo, hindi sa yung magulang. Hindi totoong walang pag-asa ang mahirap. Batugan ka lang. Kung mahirap ka, change your mindset." - Isko Moreno
Kaya habang bata pa at habang may income, save and invest for your retirement.
✅ Saving must become a priority, not just a thought. Pay yourself first.
