• Works under the direct supervision of an architect, helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, assist in the presentation of materials and attend site visits.
• Must possess a degree in B.S. Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Must have personal laptop for drafting and 3D modeling.
• Proficient in English writing, listening, and speaking is required.
• Highly creative, collaborative and cooperative.
• Able to interpret design problems and translate into real life solutions.
• Cagayan Valley resident, preferably in Roxas, Isabela or near the vicinity.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Employment Type: Project Based

Qualifications:

1. Graduate Architect or Graduate Civil Engineer

2. Certification in Construction Project Management (with COSH training)

3. At least 3yrs experience in construction & project management.

4. Work Setup:
- Valenzuela site-based office
- Willing to travel
- Willing to relocate if needed

5. Knowledgeable in the following:
- Project Scheduling
- Material and Cost estimating
- Manpower management
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other estimation and design applications

6. Communication skills sufficient to communicate well with property administrators, suppliers, and client.

7. Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.

8. Can do accomplishment reporting orally and by paper daily / weekly.

9. Readiness for impromptu & emergency meetings.

10. A driver’s license is a plus. Can operate different company vehicles is an advantage.

Proposed One-Storey Residence in Isabela

Upon the initial meeting with the family, they wanted a house to be just like their old home as it brings sentimental value and childhood memories, not just to them but to their children. They would like to bring some materials from their old home. It will be reused or repurposed.

As the owners unfold their retirement plans, the design firm provided different schematics and ideas narrowing down to 2 proposals that will help them attain their forever home.

As a bibliophile, instead of having a TV in her bedroom, the owner wanted a space where she can study & read while having nice view when she gets up in the morning.

The casita is located within a private farm where there is an opportunity to integrate full glass panels in the overall design without disregarding the privacy. Majority of the openings are placed on the sunrise side of the structure. This creates a panoramic view of the vegetable gardens surrounding the proposed space.

The living area, dining and kitchen are also designed into a one exciting common area to accommodate the owner's guests: a space where they can prepare snacks and drink wine while having a movie marathon.

The firm's design goal is to maximize the allotted budget by making a small space feel larger.

The family loves indoor-outdoor setting while maintaining their privacy.

The firm's design goal is to have an enclosed front & an open backyard. Incorporating the gate design with the facade to increase building security.

It's a 5-bedroom home with pockets of outdoor living areas (pool deck, al fresco dining & second-floor view deck) overlooking the pool.

To cater the next generation, the heads of the family aim to use the residence as their vacation house & future retirement home.
