There is 11.14 percent decrease of Average Daily Attack Rate (ADAR) from 10.22 last week into 9.08 for every 100,000 individuals.
The recorded 2 Wks Growth Rate is now at -19.56 percent with a 14 Day Rolling Average of 16 which 11.11 percent decreased from the reported daily average cases of 18 last week. At present, Roxas City is still under Moderate LGU risk assessment level under the General Community Quarantine status.

From July 16 to 24, Roxas City Diagnostic and Laboratory Center has 38% Positivity Rate. DOH has 10.6 percent cumulative positivity rate of all laboratories nationwide.

In terms of healthcare utilization rate, Roxas City Hospitals is considered within “moderate levels” with 60.2 percent utilization rate, ICU bed occupancy at 38 percent, and mechanical ventilator utilization at 56 percent.

The number of new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases in Roxas City has gone down by 2 percent, as it average 18 new cases during the July 5-18 period from 20 cases per day on June 21-July 4. The decrease is very significant, it’s actually 44 percent lower compared to the peak of the surge last June 12 which recorded an average of 32 cases per day.

This corresponds to an average daily attack rate (ADAR) of 10.22 cases per 100,000 population and growth rate of -12.41%, classifying Roxas City as a “high-low” risk area for COVID-19 infections under General Community Quarantine status with heightened restrictions.

Roxas City Diagnostic and Laboratory Center (RCDLC) positivity rate is 32 percent over the past week, but healthcare utilization rates are considered within “moderate levels.”

Roxas City’s overall hospital bed occupancy is at 67.5 percent, ICU bed occupancy at 50 percent, and mechanical ventilator utilization at 66.67 percent.

Brgy Tiza still remained to be the barangay with highest number of new cases reported within the last 14 days with 34 cases and an average of 2.4 cases per day followed by Lanot - 23, Tanque - 17, Banica - 17 and Cagay - 15.

Brgy Punta Tabuc, Brgy III, Brgy II, Brgy XI, Brgy VI, Jumaguicjic, Adlawan and Tiza are among of the Roxas City barangays with ADAR ranging from 30 to 60 which are classified as "High Risk".

At present, Roxas City had 179 active cases in which 69 percent had an on going home quarantine and 83 percent of them are symptomatics.

In terms of Vaccination roll out, a total of 9,072 doses of vaccines has already been administered by Roxas City Health Office since March 17, 2021 to July 16 with 6,106 were inoculated with 1st Dose and 49 percent of 1st dose completed 2 doses. An average of 525 jabs are administered weekly.

Our 2 Weeks Growth Rate from June 28 to July 11 continued to decrease with -17.38% compared to June 14 to 27. The 14 day rolling average daily cases is 19. We already recorded 221 New cases for the month of July.

We had an average of 35% Positivity Rate from July 3 to 10 at Roxas City Diagnostic and Laboratory Center (RCDLC).
No COVID 19 Death Cases reported for the past 5 days.

Our Roxas City Healthcare Utilization Rate (HCUR) as of July 9, 2021 is now at Moderate Level with an overall occupancy rate of 66.9% or 81 Beds out of 122 are being occupied. ICU Beds Utilization rate is now at 55.56 percent with 75% Mechanical Ventilators utilization rate.

In terms of disposition of current 191 active cases, we recorded 42 Asymptomatics; 117 Mild; 29 Moderate and 2 Severe COVID 19 patients. 122 or 64 percent of active cases are having home quarantine while 35 are currently admitted at the hospitals: RMPH 12, SACH 7, CDH 6, CEH 6 and THC 4. Almost 60% or 21 of the admitted COVID Patients are Senior Citizens. 19 are having Symptomatic - Moderate and 2 are having Symptomatic - Severe status. All in all, 23 percent or 44 out of 191 active cases are Senior Citizens.

In our latest monitoring report, we had a decrease of 26 percent for the period of June 22 to July 5 in the City of Roxas as it average to 20 new cases per day. We are now experiencing a gradual decline in our new cases as we shift from Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) Status. Our Average Daily Attack Rate (ADAR) is 11.36 cases for every 100,000 individuals. According to DOH, an LGU with an ADAR greater than 10 is still considered high risk.

Our weekly positivity rate at RCDLC was 41%. Its been higher because only the symptomatic high risk contacts and those who are to be admitted in the hospitals are being tested for COVID 19.

In the 1st 5 Days of July, we already recorded 6 Death Cases. 4 of them were confined at the hospital and 2 are under home quarantine before they expired. 5 out of 6 death cases are Senior Citizens.

Our Roxas City Healthcare Utilization Rate (HCUR) as of July 4, 2021 is now at High Risk Level with an overall occupancy rate of 77.2% while our ICU Utilization rate at 50 percent and 11.11 percent mechanical ventilators occupancy. 3 of this hospitals (RMPH, THC & CEH) are at critical levels.

Our Roxas City Hospitals Beds Utilization Rate as of June 30, 2021 is at Moderate Level with 69.9% occupancy rate.

We recorded 21 News cases on the 1st day of July. The current active cases now is at 251 and is projected by FASSSTER SEI model time series forecast of DOH to reach up to 416 by the end of July if there were Low Intervention on the preventative COVID-19 transmission reduction measures done by the City Government and its community.

With the ongoing vaccination Rollout of Roxas City Health Office, we had a total 7,193 vaccines already administered. 2.9% or 5,241 of the Roxas City Population had their 1st dose as of June 25, 2021. Healthcare Workers (2,237), Senior Citizens (1,426) and Adult with Comorbidity (1,578).

76% or 277 out of 297 Active Cases are having Home Quarantine while our Hortus Isolation Facility had an Occupancy Rate of 44%.
The Hospital Beds Utilization Rate of 5 Hospitals in Roxas City for COVID 19 Patients still on high risk level at 75.7% as of June 23. Death cases recorded for the month of June already reached to 28 deaths. 100% increase from the month of May reported death cases of 14.

At present, we recorded a total of 680 reported cases for the month of June.

Our 14 Days (June 3-18) Average Daily Attack Rate (ADAR) for every 100,000 individuals is 18.41 with an average daily new cases of 33. Comparing it to last May 18-June 2 number of new cases, our growth rate is 38.55%.

RCDLC Positivity rate as of June 18 is 34.69%, a decrease of 12.36% compared to June 17 which is 47.06%.

Roxas City has a total of 542 New Cases for the month of June. If we were able to manage reducing the daily average cases to 15 and below until the end of MECQ on June 30 through strict implementation of MECQ; observing health protocols and strict isolation/monitoring of cases having home quarantines, we are projecting to have 650 to 700 overall cases for the month of June.
As of June 18, Roxas City Health Office with the help of Capiz Medical Society and PNA-Capiz volunteer doctors and nurses already vaccinated 2.2% of Roxas City Population of 179,220 with a total of 3,951 (1,993 Health Care Workers; 985 Senior Citizens; and 973 Adults with Comorbidity) vaccinated with 1st Dose and 1,634 of these are already fully vaccinated. Roxas City Health Office received an average of 700-800 vaccine allocation weekly from Capiz Provincial Health Office/DOH. A total of 5,585 Vaccines has already been allocated to Roxas City since the start of vaccination.

Let us all continue observing minimum health protocols and do our share in order to achieve a lower number of new cases until the end of the month.

Subong nga adlaw, may duha kita ka kumpirmado nga kaso sang CoVid-19. Kadungan sini may pito ( 7 ) naman kita ka Recoveries.

Case # 878: 48 anyos nga lalaki, pumoluyo sang Pangpang St., Brgy. Punta Tabuc. Siya nagpadulong sa Manila sang nagligad nga semana kag didto nagpaidalum sa RT-PCR Test para sa travel purposes. Siya nagapabilin nga asymptomatic.

Case # 879: 41 anyos nga lalaki, pumoluyo sang Urban Milibili. Siya nagapabilin man nga asymptomatic.

Case # 754: 26 anyos nga babayi, pumoluyo sang Brgy. Bolo.

Case # 755: 16 anyos nga babayi, pumoluyo sang Brgy. Bolo.
