Pag ikaw kasi nag decide, kahit saan ka man mapunta, okay lang, kasi ikaw nag decide at ikaw ang natuto. So take control of your life, your decision and actions kasi masarap pag ikaw ang nag iisip ano ang gagawin mo sa buhay mo.

Mas nagiging magaling ang tao kapag nappractice nya na sya ang taga solve ng sarili nyang test paper, mali man, atleast natuto sya, kesa iba palagi sumasagot ng test paper nya, maka graduate man sya, hindi parin dudulo.

Kaya excited ako sayo kasi alam ko pinapractice mo na yung sarili mo na sagutin mo ang sarili mong test paper. At habang gumagaling, ienjoy mo lang, kasi dudulo at dudulo ka din.

The truth is, you feel strongly insecure because someone has done something that you didn't accomplish for yourself.
That can fuel jealousy, but it can also fuel inspiration and motivation.
Instead of downplaying people's accomplishments, just think, "If they can do it, I can do it too!"

👉Ang uric acid ay isang uri ng kemikal na nabuo sa katawan na maaaring nagmula sa mga pagkaing mayayaman sa "purine" gaya ng atay, lamang-loob, pulang karne, sardines, mackerel, at iba pa.
👉Nagkakaroon din ng mataas na uric acid level ang isang tao kapag palainom ng alak, o kaya naman ay may kondisyon gaya ng gout/arthritis, diabetes, obesity, at problema sa bato o kidneys.

🔥Kailangang mailabas ang uric acid sa katawan sapagkat ito ay isang waste product - kemikal na di kailangan ng katawan.

👉Nailalabas ang uric acid sa pamamagitan ng pag-ihi at pagdumi para maregulate ang normal na level nito na naglalaro sa pag-itan ng 2.5 - 7.5 mg/dL para sa babae at 4.0 - 8.5 mg/dL para sa lalaki.

👉Kapag hindi nailabas ang uric acid sa katawan, mananatili ito sa daluyan ng dugo, kaya naman kapag nagpa-uric acid blood test o urine test ka, mataas ang uric acid level mo.

👉Kapag ikaw ay sobra sa timbang, malamang ay mataas ang iyong uric acid level. Bawas-bawasan ang kain.
