A 13 year-old male patient came to our clinic for an urgent direct tooth restoration for his graduation pictorial. His anterior tooth was fractured due to an accident while playing when he was still little. Immediate restoration was done to the incisal fracture.

Chief complaint: A patient came to our clinic for three-fourth crowns replacement done by a non-dentist a few years ago.

Treatment: replacement of old crowns into E-MAX crowns.

Rehabilitation of a fractured central incisor by post and core build-up.

Our 38-year old female patient complained of a broken tooth which had undergone root canal therapy by us back in 2011. Upon diagnosis, the crown was fractured. Post and core build-up was initially done prior to fabricating a 4-unit Zirconia bridge.

Follow up is needed to monitor any recurrence. It is advisable to instruct the patient to follow strict oral hygiene measures.
