Here's my feedback:

Elyu Divers Homestay are worth a penny. The transient is acccesible to the beach(seconds to walk) and there's a bar near the area where you can order foods and beer (beach front).

Kuya Jason is very accommodating all throughout from the booking process up to checkout.

You can easily message him to his page and what you see there is what you get.

The rooms are well cleaned.

The AC's at the unit are new and cool.

They have rice cooker, stove and other stuffs you need for cooking.

He's also selling ice.

Things to consider here:
