GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties include the below but will not be limited to;
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities
• Assists with creating and developing designs, complete construction documents, functional layouts, diagrams and assist in the presentation of materials.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (engineering, consultants, and others) to support the design and construction
• Accomplish given task per given schedule per week and report to the Principal Architect.
• Quality assurance and quality control in any construction site and material finishes.
• Assists with developing layouts for Social Media, and other related creative and graphic designs (photography, multimedia, etc).
• Assists with all aspects of drafting, modeling, design and presentation.
• Hands-on experience in an innovative design-build firm.
• Exposure to high-end residential and commercial design sensibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Architecture graduate
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop, Canva and other media software
• With License is a plus (RLA)
• With Driver's License is a plus
• At least 1-2 years of diverse design-build experience

● Knowledgeable with Planswift, Staad, and/or other Structural Software
● Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
● Resilient and target-oriented
● Must have Driver's License
