Winning in a competition is not just a goal in itself, what counts most is the experience and the meaningful journey towards it. Our own Kasining VALEN VALERO, who won the GRAND PRIZE in the recent 2022 GSIS Art Competition, is one of the talented people who can attest to that. She succeeded in her colorful plight in pursuing her purest passion in the arts.
The whole artist community of La Union is so proud of you. Congratulations! We wish you more energy, more blessings, and more of your fine artworks to inspire more artists who have their own struggles in their journey!

Throwback:
One of our successful art exhibit for a cause, year 2014 @ Dagupan Doctors Villaflor Memorial Hospital with the initiative Dra. Brenda Espinosa and her alumni DS 73 participated by Artists Guild of La Union & Biskeg Artist Collective and our guests of honour former San Fernando, La Union Mayor Mary Jane Ortega and Pangasinan 2nd District Congressman Leopoldo Bataoil. It was a blast benefiting Northern Cancer Trust Foundation, Dominican Class 73, Salinap National High School and Liwawa Ed Asian Foundation.
Congratulations Basti, Mam Sally and Thea for completing our Summer Artworkshop focusing on
Oil and Acrylic painting. You guys did an excellent job and we are so happy you enjoyed working on your artworks! đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź Don't stop creating more and pushing your limits to improve your skills and talents. See you soon for more workshops and art activities.
