OUR FELLOWMEN IN CAGAYAN & ISABELA NEED OUR HELP. THE HOMES IN LOW-LYING AREAS ARE NOW FULLY SUBMERGED. DESPITE THE BETTER WEATHER, THESE PROVINCES ARE STILL DROWNING DUE TO OPENING THE GATES OF MAGAT DAM.
AS WE EXTEND OUR COMPASSION TO THE VICTIMS OF TYPHOON ULLYSES IN NCR, LET US ALSO NOT FORGET ABOUT THEM.
CAGAYAN EXISTS.
CAGAYAN CALLS FOR HELP.
THEY NEED MORE RESCUERS.
PLEASE, LET US NOT TURN BLIND EYE ON THEM.
📌 UPDATE from Linao, Cagayan.
According po sa coastguard, zero visibility daw po doon ngayon kaya nahihirapan sila magrescue.
If may kakilala po tayong need ng tulong, sabihan po na magbukas ng kahit anong ilaw para mahanap agad sila and marescue.

Are you spending your life like this?
DON'T
Time is precious 🕘
A group of frogs were walking in the forest. Two of them fell into a pit, a very deep hole. When the other frogs saw how deep it was, they told the two frogs that the situation was hopeless.
However, the two frogs decided to ignore what the others were saying, and they to tried to jump out of the pit.
The group of frogs at the top of the pit were still saying that they would never make it out.
Eventually, one of the frogs listened to what the others were saying, and he gave up. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to just give up and accept his certain death instead of suffering so much.
He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”
The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
What you believe has a big impact on what you can achieve.
And you, do you sometimes doubt of yourself?
❤ If we keep telling ourselves or listening to people who tell us that we will never succeed, at the end we believe it and it decreases our chances to reach our goals.
❤ In the future, you will remember that:
Keeping a positive mindset is very important to reach our goals. Even when we face difficulties, the most important is to keep trying and believing in ourselves. "Believe you can and you are halfway there."
A professor stood before his class. When the class began, he picked up a very large and empty jar and without saying a word, he started to fill it with rocks. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. So, the professor then picked up pebbles and put them into the jar.
He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was. The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up the remaining open areas of the jar. He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.” “Yes,” said the professor, “I want you to see that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be meaningful. The pebbles are the other things that matter – like the activities you enjoy doing. The sand is everything else, the small stuff.”
“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.”
“Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”
And you, what are your rocks? Do you devote time and energy to them every day?
Sa mga Nanay na umiiyak ng palihim, napapagod, nahihirapan pero d sumusuko, nais ko lang sabihin na proud ako sa inyo!

Did you notice that the alphabet *"C"* in this Covid-19 era?
*See* the *Sea* of *C* has brought!
No one expected that the letter *"C"* would play a huge role.
Cough (C)

The Two most serious "C"s are,

The possible remedial drug is Chloroquine (C)
And this all started from China (C)....
But at the same time,
GOD smiled and said...
Cleanliness is the remedy...
