This is to inform our valued stakeholders that there will be no classes and office transactions in all campuses of the Partido State University (ParSU) in observance of the following holidays:

August 23, 2024: Ninoy Aquino Day (Special Non-Working Day)
August 26, 2024: National Heroes Day (Regular Holiday)

Classes and office transactions will resume on August 27, 2024.

A successful Parent's Orientation was held on August 8 as part of the Padayon: OrSem 2024! With the theme "Moving Forward; Embracing Growth and Unity," this session provided valuable insights and guidance to our students' parents, ensuring a strong partnership as we embark on a new academic year.
Hosted by the Partido State University College of Hospitality and Tourism Management OSAS, College Student Council, GAP, and all Campus/College Organizations, the orientation highlighted the importance of family support in fostering student success.

For your information, please take note of the following schedule and rules for the upcoming Student Council elections:

• CSC Filing of Candidacy:
o This is only for ParSU San Jose Students.
o MSForms will be used for filing.
o Date: April 26, 2024
o MsForms Link: https://forms.gle/oMrSCdpMpYCPnAdN7

• CSC Campaign Period:
o The campaign period will commence on April 30, 2024, to May 8, 2024.
o All campaign materials and activities must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Election Committee. Social media accounts and pages can be used as platforms for campaigning. Any form of campaigning deemed disruptive or disrespectful will result in sanctions as per the Election Committee's discretion.

• CSC Miting de Avance:
o Hybrid, Zoom, and Facebook Live will be used.
o Date: May 8, 2024
o Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
o Platform: Zoom and Facebook Live

• CSC Election Day:
o Election precinct will be at the Student Center.
o Ensure that you follow the voting hours.
o All students are encouraged to vote.
