Personnel of the 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion led by Maj. Judy M. Valera (Inf) PA, Executive Officer conducted a Reveille and a 3.2 Km run this morning, September 9, 2024 at Camp MGen Gatan, Brgy Sto Niño 2nd, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. The event aimed to prepare the Victorious troopers for the upcoming 2nd Semester Annual Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Annual Marksmanship of this unit.
The activity reflects the Battalion's commitment to maintaining discipline on physical readiness.
Army's 84IB and Local Officials Distribute Relief Goods to Typhoon Victims in Nueva Ecija
SAN JOSE CITY, NUEVA ECIJA — The 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion, 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army under the leadership of LTC Jerald L. Reyes, Commanding Officer in coordination with local officials and various organizations has successfully conducted relief operations to support communities affected by Typhoon Enteng in Nueva Ecija.
On September 4, 2024, personnel from Alpha (Avengers) Company, 84IB led by Sgt Juharry Dullas (Inf) PA, Squad Leader along with a team from RRIBN, 301 CDC, the Local Government Unit (LGU) representatives headed by Hon. Jesulito Galapon, Municipal Mayor carried out the repacking and distribution of relief goods towards affected residents in Brgy Agcano and Brgy Bulakid both of Guimba, Nueva Ecija benefiting 200 individuals.
The following day, September 5, 2024, the same team from Alpha Company, 84IB conducted another relief operation in Licab, Nueva Ecija. The distribution was held in Brgy San Cristobal and Brgy Linao with support from Barangay Officials, Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel, and LGU representatives headed by Hon. Eufemia Domingo, Municipal Mayor which reached 1,500 beneficiaries.
These efforts highlight the unit's commitment to helping those in need, supporting local communities and providing humanitarian assistance during natural disasters and emergencies.
DRRO Team 84IB Provides Vital Assistance to Flood Victim Amid Typhoon Enteng
San Jose City, Nueva Ecija — The Disaster Response and Rescue Operation (DRRO) Team of the 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion, 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army has successfully deployed to provide Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response Operations to assist individuals affected by the devastating floods caused by Typhoon Enteng today, September 2, 2024.
The DRRO Team 84IB provided crucial aid to Ms. Rosabel Angeles, whose residence in Camella Homes, Brgy Sto Tomas, San Jose City and other affected Barangays has been severely impacted by the recent flooding. The team’s prompt and effective response emphasizes their commitment to supporting communities during natural disasters.
The Victorious Troopers remain dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of those affected by the typhoon, working tirelessly to mitigate the impact of this natural disaster.

Laurencio (INF) PA, Civil Military Operations Officer participated in the 9th Joint Blood Letting activity held at the Gymnasium of NEECO II- Area 1, Brgy Calipahan, Talavera, Nueva Ecija on August 9, 2024.
The event with the theme "Share Life, Give Blood" was facilitated by the Central Luzon (Region 3) Media Association, Inc. (CLMA) Nueva Ecija Chapter together with the Lingkod Bayan Program of DWNETeleradyo and in partnership with NEECO II - Area 1. It aims to help a lot of Novo Ecojanos who need blood in times of emergency.

The 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion, 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army participated in the simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony to commemorate International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Day, which is conducted every 12th of August. This year's theme was “75 Taong Paninindigan sa IHL” Kamalayan, Kalinga, Kapayapaan, Kaunlaran: Kalakasan ng IHL sa Bagong Pilipinas.” The event was held on Monday, August 5, at Headquarters 84IB, Camp MGen Gatan, Brgy. Sto. Niño 2nd, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Jerald L. Reyes INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of the 84IB read the message of GENERAL ROMEO S BRAWNER AFP, Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and LTGEN ROY M GALIDO PA, Commanding General, Philippine Army (CGPA). Furthermore, the mass recitation of the Soldier’s Pledge of Commitment to International Humanitarian Law (IHL) was led by Maj. Judy M. Valera, HR Officer/LOAC Officer.
The 84th Infantry Battalion follows the Geneva Conventions and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) to protect human rights and promote peace.
LOOK|| Eagles Club and Army Conduct Medical Mission and Gift-Giving Activity in Nueva Ecija
The 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion in partnership with the Western East Luzon Region Lions Maharlikans headed by Eagle Marcelo V. Belo Jr., Regional Governor, conducted a Medical Mission and Gift-Giving Activity at the Event Center, Brgy. Poblacion, General Mamerto M. Natividad, Nueva Ecija on July 27, 2024.
A total of 150 beneficiaries received medical check-ups, assorted medicines, and vitamins. Additionally, 50 children were provided with valuable school supplies, hygiene kits, and slippers.
The 84IB under the supervision of Lt. Col Jerald L Reyes INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer will continually foster positive relationships between non-government organizations and communities to provide essential healthcare services and address the immediate health needs of residents in the area of operations, thereby contributing to overall health equity and improving their well-being.
Grand Pulong Pulong conduct in Nueva Ecija
LAUR, NUEVA ECIJA – The 84th Infantry (VICTORIOUS) Battalion, 7th Infantry (KAUGNAY) Division, Philippine Army in collaboration with the 7th Civil-Military Operation Battalion, Local Government Unit (LGU) Laur headed by Hon Christopher A Daus, Municipal Mayor, Philippine National Police (PNP) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Cabanatuan City conducted the Grand Pulong Pulong of San Fernando Farmers Association and Siclong Farmers Association held at Covered Court, Brgy Siclong, Laur, Nueva Ecija on June 28, 2024.
The activity, participated by the officers and members of the two (2) People’s Organization (PO), greatly contributed vital knowledges regarding the programs of different government agencies, discussed the potential for additional livelihood, and evaluated the current livelihood of the POs.
Meanwhile, Lt. Col. Jerald L Reyes INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer, 84IB ensured the unit’s full support to help the farmers’ associations and to have sustainable livelihoods for their families.
