One man's trash is another man's treasure.
True enough, in the height of the recent events that have put Oriental Mindoro in the news. The recent oil spill made our bodies of water vulnerable to destruction. This event also has put the lives of the citizens in great threat.
But your trash could save our waters. The proverb signifies that what you deemed unusable can be beneficial for our fisherfolks and the citizens of the coastal area affected by the oil spill.
These empty bottles with their cap intact could play a huge role in mitigating the effect and limiting the spread of the oil to other bodies of water. They are known to be the most applicable and readily available material that can afloat the oil barriers.
As well as the ropes and nylon threads that will be created into improvised Oil barriers.
We need your help, Oriental Mindoro cries for help.
Help us save our waters, by giving your empty bottles.

In effect, the field exhausts all means to ensure the safety and security of all school personnel and clienteles without hampering education. As a result, public and private stakeholders work hand in hand in helping schools provide learners best possible learning opportunities through provision of necessary supplies and learning materials.
