Hungry for a quick midnight snack? Here's a recipe that shows that you can mix our MANGO MAGMA SAUCE with some Japanese Mayonnaise!
Okonomiyaki w/ MANGO MAGMA SAUCE Mayo
1 Β½ cup Flour
ΒΌ tsp Baking Powder
ΒΌ tsp Salt
ΒΌ tsp Sugar
4 eggs
Β½ tsp Dashi or Β½ Chicken Cube
Β½ cup Water
1 Small to Medium Cabbage
ΒΌ kg Bacon
Tokyo Tonkatsu - Bull-Dog Sauce
Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
*Optional Toppings: Spring Onion, Bonito Flakes, Katsuobushi, Sesame Seeds, Nori, Furikake, Beni Shoga, etc.
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar.
2. Mix in eggs, water, & dashi/chicken cube.
3. Then add in the cabbage.
4. Fry the batter like you would a pancake for 5 min.
5. Add bacon on top then flip and cook for another 5 min.
6. Mix Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise & MANGO MAGMA SAUCE!
7. Spread sauces on top with additional toppings.

And we're back! Here's a crispy & crunchy recipe that goes well with our sweet, spicy, & tangy MANGO MAGMA SAUCE!
Crispy Pata w/ MANGO MAGMA SAUCE
1 pc Pork Pata
4 - 8 cups Water
2 - 4 tbps Salt
1 - 2 tbsps Whole Black Pepper
1 - 2 tbsps Fish Sauce / Patis
1 Knorr Pork Cube
4 pcs Bay Leaves / Laurel
Cooking Oil
1. Combine pork, water, salt, black pepper, pork cube, fish sauce, & bay leaves and bring to boil
2. Boil for 60 - 90 min
3. Remove pork from boiling water and let cool in the refrigerator
4. When pork is cooled down, rub it with salt and let marinate for 30 - 60 min in the refrigerator
6. Fry pork on low - medium heat until golden brown and crispy

1 Onion π§
1 can Liver Spread π₯«
Β½ cup Mayo π₯
1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
1 tbsp MANGO MAGMA SAUCE π₯πΆοΈ
Water π§
Salt π§
Sugar
Whole Black Pepper
Bayleaves πΏ
Vinegar
*Optional Toppings: Green / Red Chili, Chicharon, Fried Egg, Spring Onion, etc.
1. Boil water, for each cup of water; Β½ tbsp salt, ΒΌ tbsp black pepper, ΒΌ sugar, ΒΌ vinegar, & bayleaves
2. Submerge pork & boil for 15 - 20 min π₯
3. Drain & refrigerate for 10 min
4. Double fry pork for 10 min each
5. Chop pork
6. Mix liver spread, mayo, liquid seasoning, & MANGO MAGMA SAUCE π₯πΆοΈ
7. Mix everything and serve!
