Personal Reflection: Celebrating 6 Years of Bulacan Lugaw Kitchen
As I sit here and reflect on the journey of the past six years, I am filled with gratitude and a profound sense of accomplishment. It's hard to believe that what began as a humble kiosk in SM Mall of Asia has grown and flourished into Bulacan Lugaw Kitchen, a growing restaurant chain. 2023 marks a significant milestone for us, as we celebrate six years of serving delicious meals and making lasting memories.
Looking back, I am reminded of the rollercoaster ride we experienced, particularly with the unexpected arrival of the global pandemic. The challenges were immense, and there were moments when uncertainty threatened to overshadow our dreams. However, through resilience, determination, and the unwavering support of our loyal customers, we not only survived but thrived in the face of adversity.
Throughout this incredible journey, one thing has become abundantly clear: it could only be the work of God. The path we have traveled, with its ups and downs, the hurdles we have overcome, and the successes we have achieved, all bear the unmistakable fingerprints of a divine presence guiding our way.
