AR Santiago Agri-Fishery Farm & Training Center, Inc. participated in the celebration of 29th TESDA Anniversary and National Tech-Voc Day held in Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades today August 25, 2023. During the celebration, TESDA conducted a World Cafe Opportunities to help the Job seekers and to open opportunities to others. Sir Arnel R. Santiago,Farm Owner interviewed some Opportunity seekers and hired an aspirant job seeker on the spot named Ronnie Sicat as Fishery Farm Technician of the farm.
The celebration is conducted properly and peacefully due to the support and diligence of Provincial Director Ma'am Vilma C. Cabrera, TESDA staff and all TVIs/TTIs of Isabela.

Join us to explore the various job opportunities and career paths available to TESDA graduates and job seekers. The World Café of Opportunities (WCO) is an interactive event where you can network with industry professionals, attend informative sessions, and discover potential employment options.

Unity is one of the greatest factors you can be proud of as a member of a big family.
Our farmer participants unitedly conducted the Dapog or Double Mulching Technique way of seeding and experienced operating our newly upgraded drum seeder with adjusted hills and rows.

With their unity, they also performed "PAGTATAMPI" to ready the Varietal Trial Area they are going to use the whole training.

Training Induction Program (TIP) is an Orientation to help the trainees/scholars become familiar with the school system, know the rules and regulations of the institution, understand the scholarship they are in and learn its benefits and also the legal mandates for them to know their rights.

Our school has 15 Scholars from different barangays of San Mateo. They will attend ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II with 232 hours under Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) at A.R. Santiago Agri-Fishery Farm and Training Center, Inc., Purok 5, Gaddanan, San Mateo, Isabela.

Ang ating Farm School ay tumatanggap na po ng gustong mag aral sa "ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II"

Isang Batch nanaman ng mga magsasaka ang nagsipagtapos. Isang Batch nanaman ang natulungan ng ahensiya ng gobyerno para magkaroon ng masaganang ani at mataas na kita.

Nakatanggap din ang mga ito ng mga parangal, Entrepreneurship Certificate at certificate na galing sa TESDA.

Sana sa pagtatapos niyong ito ay hindi matapos ang pagtuklas niyo ng mga bagong kaalaman kundi ito ang umpisa, at nawa ay maibahagi niyo din sa katulad nating mga magsasaka ang mga natutunan niyo dito sa School.

We are happy to inform you that our Farm School is the First Accredited Assessment Center in Aquaculture (Hatchery Operation) NC II in the Region.

Competency Assessment is the process of collecting evidence and making judgments whether competency has been achieved. The purpose of assessment is to confirm that an individual can perform to the standards expected at the workplace as expressed in relevant competency standards.

Our TESDA SCHOLARS underwent Hands-on activities on different rice machineries and performed last November 7, 2022

This activity aims to familiarize the participants on the operation of some rice farm machineries.

RCEF Update!

Pregnancy is no hindrance for this Training of Trainers on Pest and Nutrient Management (TOT on PNM) participant. She is well into the last month of her pregnancy.

Melissa Fabros is one of 25 graduates of the training held today at DA-Cagayan Valley Research Center at San Felipe, City of Ilagan.

She was also recognized for acing the post-test of the training. She is a trainer of the A.R.Santiago Fish Farm.

Part 1

"Hindi hadlang ang edad sa pagtuklas ng bagong kaalaman." Yan ang pinatunayan ng ating mga RCEF-RESP TESDA Scholar na nagsipagtapos sa kanilang Farmers Field School (FFS) on the Production of High-Quality In**ed Rice,Seeds Certification and Farm mechanization Program na noong ika 30 ng setyembre ng kasalukyang taon na ginanap sa A.R Santiago Fish Farm.

Ang mga nasabing scholars ay pumasok ng 17sessions (isang beses sa isang linggo) o halos 4 na buwan upang matuto ng mga bagong teknolohiya at pamamaraan sa pamamahala ng kanilang bukirin. Dito nila nasubukang magtanim gamit ang mechanical transplanter, nagdrive ng four wheel tractor at maging combine harvester. Nakatanggap din ang mga ito ng mga parangal at certificate na galing sa TESDA.

Sana sa pagtatapos niyong ito ay hindi matapos ang pagtuklas niyo ng mga bagong kaalaman kundi ito ang umpisa, at nawa ay maibahagi niyo din sa katulad nating mga magsasaka ang mga natutunan niyo dito sa School.
