BAKUNA PARA SA LAHAT 💉

Ikaw ba ay residente ng San Nicolas at gusto mo na bang magpabakuna? ITO NA ANG PAGKAKATAON MO! HUWAG NANG PALAMPASIN PA!

Magkakaroon po ng pagbabakuna kontra COVID-19 para sa lahat ng residente ng San Nicolas na gustong mabakunahan. Isang libo (1,000) po ang bakuna na ipapamahagi at ito po ay gaganapin bukas sa ating Municipal Gymnasium mula alas sais ng umaga hanggang alas dos ng hapon lamang (6:00 am to 2:00 pm only).

Pero paano yan, hindi ako kabilang sa A1-A5 priority group. Pwede na ba akong magpabakuna?
OO. PARA SA IYO ITO. Walang problema. Bukas ito para sa lahat ng residente ng San Nicolas na edad labing-walo (18 years old) pataas. Ang hindi pwedeng bakunahan ay edad labing-pito pababa lamang.

Ano ang kailangang dalhin?
Magdala lamang ng isang VALID ID na may address na San Nicolas. Kung walang valid ID, maaaring kumuha voter’s certificate na magpapatunay na ikaw ay residente ng San Nicolas.

Ang vaccination na gaganapin bukas ay first-come, first-served. Kaya ano pang hinihintay mo? Ilaan na ang Miyerkules para sa iyong pagbabakuna. Pagkakataon mo na ito upang mabakunahan lalo na’t patuloy ang pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa buong lalawigan ng Pangasinan.

Magpabakuna na upang maging protektado laban sa matinding banta ng COVID-19! Tayo mismo ang solusyon!

PROVINCE-WIDE CURFEW HOURS

Sa bisa ng Provincial Executive Order No. 0090-2021, mahigpit na ipinatutupad sa bayan ng San Nicolas at sa buong lalawigan ng Pangasinan ang curfew hours mula alas otso ng gabi hanggang alas kwatro ng umaga (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM). APORs at emergency cases lamang po ang exempted sa curfew period na ito.

Ang sinumang lalabag ay mapapatawan ng mga sumusunod na multa/parusa:
FIRST OFFENSE - Multang di bababa sa PHP 2,000 at/o labindalawang (12) oras ng Community Service na binubuo ng paglilinis at pagwawalis ng paligid, bukod sa iba pa.

SECOND OFFENSE - Multang di bababa sa PHP 3,000 o pagkakabilanggo ng hindi hihigit sa tatlumpong (30) araw o parehas, depende sa pagpapasya ng korte.

THIRD AND SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES - Multang di bababa sa PHP 5,000 o pagkakabilanggo ng hindi hihigit sa anim (6) na buwan o parehas, depende sa pagpapasya ng korte.

Hinihiling ng lokal na pamahalaan ang inyong pagsunod at pagtalima sa ordinansang ito.

With a sad heart but with a strong faith in Almighty God today I kneel down in prayer, asking for a full recovery of those with Covid19 & Delta Variant and in pain, and yes Lord I'm asking You to protect and cover us with Your mercy and forgiveness. Please protect and strengthen Us and the elderly, homeless, unemployed, sick, front liners and caregivers who are exhausted but not giving up.

May I request you to put this prayer message on your status, for at least one day. Let us be united in praying for one another.

May the Almighty God, the ultimate Saviour bless us and have mercy upon us In Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

PANGASINAN BANS INBOUND TRAVEL FROM ECQ, MECQ AREAS

The provincial government of Pangasinan prohibits anew tourism and other inbound travel of non-authorized persons from areas under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) as part of the measures to combat the Delta variant of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

In Executive Order (EO) No. 0081 issued on Wednesday, Governor Amado Espino III said the prohibition includes those coming from Gingoog City of Misamis Oriental, Iloilo Province, Iloilo City, Cagayan de Oro City, and the NCR Plus bubble (National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal).

He, however, said essential travels or those by Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs), including but not limited to frontline services, government personnel with travel orders, emergency medical cases, public transportation, and movement of cargo as designated by the Inter-Agency Task Force or the Philippine National Police, coming from any zones, will continue to be allowed in the province.

“APORs from the government shall be required to present a valid or government-issued identification card, a travel order or itinerary, and to pass symptom screening. Other APORs may present their employment certificates, travel orders, hospital referrals, and other proof of authority to travel,” he added.

Espino said a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test or rapid antigen test and other additional regulations of the destination local government unit (LGU) in their respective jurisdictions will be required from non-APORs, non-essential, and tourist travelers from other provinces.

“All persons, except APORs traveling to Pangasinan, must secure their corresponding permits from the S-PASS Travel Management System at https://s-pass.ph, and present negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test at the border checkpoints, and when required by the LGU of destination,” he said.

Only tourists from areas under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) and regular general community quarantine (GCQ) shall be allowed to travel to Pangasinan for leisure purposes, he added.

“All tourists are required to register with Pangasinan Tara Na at https://pangasinan.tarana.ph/. All tourists from outside of Pangasinan shall be required to present (a) negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test at their chosen accommodation facility and minimum public health standards are strictly observed at all times,” the EO read.

Meanwhile, non-APOR travel of Pangasinenses to destinations outside Pangasinan shall be allowed provided their return shall be subject to the same travel restrictions imposed under the EO.

The EO also covers other measures to prevent the entry and spread of the Delta variant in the province.
