During the Basic Life Support Seminar held at Saint Joseph 9 Phase 2 Club House on March 24, 2024 with Redcross Youth Organization and with Sir Darryl Soriano and Sir Dadivas from CDRRM , participants joined in a training program focused on life-saving techniques. The seminar covered essential skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and relief techniques for choking incidents.

Throughout the seminar, participants cooperated in hands-on CPR training, practicing proper chest compressions and rescue breaths on mannequins. They also had the opportunity to learn and demonstrate the correct use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in simulated cardiac arrest scenarios. In addition, relief techniques for choking incidents were taught and practiced, ensuring participants were prepared to respond effectively in such emergencies.
