Why All Of Your Content Should Come With A CTA
Whether it’s an ad, blog post, tweet, or update, each piece of your content marketing should have quantifiable goals. What are you hoping to accomplish? What do you want the reader to do?
Without this critical step, you’re using the loathed (by me, anyway) “post and pray” method – which is fruitless when trying to measure ROI. If you’re a real marketer looking for real results, you will have a goal in mind for your content. And with it, some sort of call-to-action. Slapping a post on Facebook and waiting for ‘likes’ is SO 2010!
So is using, “Click Here” for every, single CTA.

Chocolate chips are made to retain their shape. They don’t melt as easily as baking chocolate or other types of melting chocolate because they contain less cocoa butter than those chocolatey items.

Check your bag to ensure you haven’t overlooked something. If you have meds make sure that you have enough for your trip. Review that bathroom bag. Check your itinerary and make sure that everything is complete and that you’re ready for some much deserved fun.

3 Types of Online Service Pricing Models
1. Hourly rates
Hourly rates are as simple as they sound. You bill for every hour that you work for a client. This can be done through hour tracking systems like Toggl, Time Doctor, etc.. or the hours can be reported by you to the client manually.
Hourly rates are:
- Good for projects that are hard to scope out before you begin work
- Bad for scaling as your time is directly connected to how much you earn
- Bad for charging for the value you’re bringing to a client or project
2. Retainers
A retainer is normally set up on a per-period basis (monthly/weekly), and it includes a set amount of hours that you reserve for a client.
Retainers are:
- Good for stability and knowing how much money you’ll be making monthly
- Good for not feeling micro-managed by having to track each task
3. Project-based price
Project-based pricing is normally reserved for online service providers that offer set packages such as web developers or designers. They may charge a set project-based price for the development and design of one website with X amount of pages.
Project-based pricing is:
- Good for those that have set projects and packages
- Good for those that are more or less familiar with the full scope of their projects and packages
4. Task-based price
Task-based pricing is similar to project-based pricing but tends to be a fixed price per small task to be completed.
Task-based pricing is:
- Good for those that don’t want to worry about tracking time or being limited

Make room for increased productivity by putting these habits into play:
1. Cut your to-do list in half. Getting things done during your workday shouldn’t mean fitting in doing as much as possible in the sanctioned eight hours. Take a less-is-more approach to your to-do list by only focusing on accomplishing things that matter.
2. Take more breaks. The ache in your brain after several long hours of work should be your signal to take a break. Since your brain has used up its glucose, give yourself a moment to refresh by going for a walk, grabbing lunch or a snack, or just meditating.
3. Follow the 80/20 rule. Only 20 percent of what you do each day produces 80 percent of your results. Eliminate the things that don’t matter during your workday -- they have a minimal effect on your overall productivity.
4. Use your morning to focus on yourself. It’s a big productivity killer to start your mornings by checking your email and your calendar.
5. Create a system. You’ve probably developed a few productivity-ruining habits over the years.
6. Stop confusing productivity with laziness. While no one likes admitting it, sheer laziness is the No. 1 contributor to lost productivity.
