PRIMARY PURPOSE: To invest in, hold, purchase, acquire, lease, contract or otherwise, within the limits allowed by law, any and all real and personal properties of every description whatsoever which the corporation may deem necessary or appropriate and to own, hold, operate, improve, develop, manage, grant, lease, sell, exchange or otherwise dispose of the whole or any part thereof, to purchase or
otherwise acquire the stocks, bonds and other securities or evidence of indebtedness of any other corporation, association, firm or entity, domestic or foreign, and to issue in exchange thereof its own stocks, bonds or other obligations or to pay thereof in cash or otherwise; to hold or own, use sell, issue, deal in, dispose of an turn to account any such stocks, warrants, options, bonds or other securities, and while the owner or holder thereof to exercise all the rights and powers of ownership, including the right to vote, thereon for any purpose; to acquire, take control all or any part of the business, goodwill, property and other assets, and to assume or undertake the whole or any of the liabilities and obligations of any person, firm, association or corporation, whether domestic or foreign and whether a going concern or not, engaging in or previously engaged in business which the corporation is or may become authorized to carry on or which may be appropriate or suitable for any or all of the purpose of the corporation and to pay for the same in cash or in stocks, bonds or securities of the corporation or otherwise. In the early years of 80’s, specifically in 1983, CONSOLACION P. PILI), a woman who has strong business personality in the construction industry, with the utmost assistance of her spouse, the late ENGR. MARCOS, has established a corporate entity, namely, LEONILO and CONSOLACION MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. This corporation was registered in Securities and Exchange Commission as per SEC REG. NO. 113498 issued on JUNE 14, 1983. Through great efforts, sacrifice and dedication with the business, the spouses, after one (1) year from the incorporate date, has constructed residential houses, apartments and other abode buildings in subdivisions now known as CONSOLE 1, 2 and 3, all located at Barangay San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna. A year after, development of subdivisions has multiplied to CONSOLE 4 and 5, both located at Barangay Dita, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. With such performance of Leonilo and Consolacion Marketing and Development Corp., the initial paid up capital of barely Php125,000.00 has had zoomed to the amount of Php10,000,000.00 more or less for a couple of years. The spouses, although both of them were inclined with business, has a big heart for educational per se of students from an ordinary or typical Filipino family. Consequently, for a mission to provide quality education with competitive educational cost, has introduced an educational institution offering services for pre-elementary; elementary and high school students. And this intangible dream came true when the spouses pushed on developing and establishing an educational institution on SEPTEMBER 26, 1985, with a name of ST. LOUIS ANNE ACADEMY OF SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA, which was duly registered also in Securities and Exchange Commission as per SEC REG. NO. 131231 issued on February 19, 1986. It was unfortunate to note that ENGR. MARCOS met his untimely demise sometimes on July 9, 1994, CONSOLACION P. MARCOS, the surviving spouse has made a remarkable step on September 9, 1995, by changing the name of the same to ST. LOUIS ANNE COLLEGES OF SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA, INC. Such changes were due to demand for tertiary education; hence the institution offers from pre-elementary education up to the collegiate level. The records spoke for such amendment when the Securities and Exchange Commission on issued an amended ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION on August 30, 1996. From that point in time up to present, SAINT LOUIS ANNE COLLEGES OF SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA, INC. is still going strong, producing students who were already board passers of the Licensure Examination for Teachers and other similar courses. In the same year of 1996, the widow, inspired with the performance of LEONILO AND CONSOLACION MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, has founded, organized and established a corporate industry that deals also in developing real estate, buying and selling real properties and for other similar functions. This time the name of the entity was TIERRACON REALTY CORP. (TRC, in brevity) which was registered in Securities and Exchange Commission on MAY 13, 1996 as per SEC Reg. ASO96-01070 issued on JUNE 20, 1996. In line with the primary purpose of the TRC to acquire, develop, improve, subdivide, cultivate, lease, sell, exchange, barter and/or to dispose agricultural lads and other real properties, TRC has acquired a raw land in Barangay Dita, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, which was simultaneously developed, subdivided and constructed bungalow houses, houses with mezzanine, executive houses and of course row houses; and the subdivision is now known and identified as TRC Homes 6. Moreover, TRC HOMES 6 has overwhelmed its sales in Sta. Rosa City, the management thru the leadership of Mrs. Marcos has acquired raw lands, developed the same as well as subdivides as such into a private subdivision, this time at Barangay Bangad, Cabanatuan City, TRC HOMES 1 was introduced in the market. After a month, MRS. MARCOS, the energetic businesswoman-widow, continuously organized and established another corporate entity that also deals with the real estate industry. This time, she called the corporation as COTTELLAND CORP. which was registered in Securities and Exchange Commission as per SEC Reg. A1996-00775 issued on June 17, 1996. Several door of apartments has had been constructed in the premise of Guevarra Subdivision, Console 1, 2 and 3, Conpil Executive Homes 3, all are located in Barangay San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna. On June 25, 1999, SAINT LOUIS ANNE MONTESSORI, SCHOOL, INC. was born with a purpose of providing courses of study in pre-school, elementary and secondary as provided in SEC Reg. A199910145 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 1999. To date, said learning center was amended to SAINT LOUIS ANNE MONTESSORI, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGES, INC. wherein which the primary objective is to provide courses of study in pre-school, elementary, secondary, vocational and colleges as attested by the amended Articles of Incorporation approved by SEC on October 20, 2005. Kicking on the year 2002, the said energetic businesswoman-widow, has constructed a plaza-wet and dry market with a construction cost of Php20,000,000.00 in a 4,000 square meter lot area. The market was known with a name of LA MARTINA PLAZA, under the management of LA MARTINA REALTY INC.
