On October 16, 2024, Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy Langgam participated in the Sangguniang Kabataan Exit Conference Audit, led by COA-San Pedro at Brgy. Pacita 2 Session Hall. The COA reviewed the audited accounts and operations for CY 2023 of the former SK Officials, highlighting the deficiencies and errors.

🔍 Key Recommendations:
The current SK Chairperson, Treasurer, and Budget Monitoring Officer are urged to coordinate with former SK officials to submit to the Audit Team the necessary DVs and its supporting documents covering the disbursements for CY 2023 to the Audit Team. The non-submission of DVs and supporting documents raise serious concerns on the validity, regularity and propriety of the SK's disbursement of former SK Officials for CY 2023.

💬 The floor was also opened for inquiries about accounting policies and financial reports, ensuring transparency in SK operations.
