Malitlit Elementary School together with the Schools Division of Santa Rosa City, in cooperation with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) enjoins the nation in celebrating History Month this August 2023 with the theme ‘Pagpapalaya ng Kasaysayan para sa Sambayanan’ (Democratizing History for the People) with activities that will encourage Filipinos’ appreciation of history and heritage.

As August is considered significant in Philippine history with major historical events occurring within the month from the 1890’s up to the present day, the theme also invites people to see history as a means to greater freedom and understanding, values needed in our current fast-changing environment. Some events we commemorate are National Heroes Day on the last Monday of the month, anniversary of the Bacoor Assembly on the 1st, 125th anniversary of Protestant Christianity on the 14th, the Cry of Pugadlawin on the 23rd, the Battle of San Juan del Monte on the 30th, and birth and death anniversaries of heroes and presidents. This serves as the basis for Proclamation No. 339, s. 2012 that declared the month of August of every year as History Month.

TINGNAN: Nagsimula ng umarangkada ang taunang Early Registration. Pinangunahan ito ng mga aktibong SPTA at SGC Officers ng aming paaralan.

Para sa mga nais pang magpatala ay mayroon na lamang kayong hanggang June 9, 2023. Tumungo lamang sa aming paaralan para sa enrolment form. Maaari niyo itong ipasa simula 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 3:00 ng hapon.

Formerly known as Supreme Pupil Government (SPG), the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) holds a vital role in shaping our school environment. As elected representatives, you will collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and fellow students to address student concerns, organize events, and propose initiatives that enhance our educational experience.

In line with the School Year 2023-2024 preparations, the student body will elect a new breed of young school leaders through the SELG. This is an incredible opportunity for you to make a difference, showcase your leadership skills, and actively contribute to our school community.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 7, all are advised to continue the practice of the Minimum Public Health Standards (MPHS) to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases in schools and offices.

Though the wearing of facemask is voluntary in indoor and outdoor settings, due to recent increased number of incidences of COVID-19 confirmed cases in schools, mandatory wearing of facemask indoors is temporarily advised especially in areas where minimum physical distancing of one meter cannot be attained and/or with poor ventilation (e.g. classrooms, airconditioned rooms).

The Yan Ang Nanay Ko 2023 event was not just a beauty pageant, it was a celebration of motherhood and the important role that mothers play in the community. The contestants from different grade levels in the school, showcased their talents and abilities in various categories such as ramp modelling, evening gown, production number, and question and answer portion.

The event was not just about physical beauty, but also about inner beauty and character. The judges looked for qualities such as kindness, compassion, and dedication to family and community. The contestants also shared their personal stories and experiences, inspiring and motivating the audience.

The event was not only a source of entertainment but also a way to promote unity and camaraderie within the community. It was an opportunity for families and friends to come together and support their loved ones.

Overall, the Yan Ang Nanay Ko 2023 event was a success, bringing the community together and empowering mothers to showcase their talents and abilities, proving that pageantry is not just about external appearances but also about inner beauty and character.

LOOK: Earlier this morning, the Malitlit Learners community was treated to a spectacular talent showcase as participants from various grade levels took to the stage to compete in the highly anticipated We Got Talent 2023 competition.

The competition was nothing short of fierce, with each participant unleashing their unique and incredible talents in a bid to impress the judges and win the hearts of the audience.

Parents and teachers from across the grade levels joined and took over the court as they showcased their skills in Basketball and Volleyball.

Yan Ang Nanay Ko People's Choice Award

Layunin ng programang ito na makilala ang mga magulang ng aming paaralan sa pamamagitan ng isang makabuluhang patimpalak ng galing at husay sa iba’t ibang larangan.

Para mas makilala pa ang mga kalahok, makikita sa ibaba ang mga representante ng piling baitang. Maaari ninyong ipakita ang inyong suporta sa pamamagitan ng pag-heart (❤️) react sa bawat larawan. Narito ang mga detalye ng online voting system:

1. Ang bawat heart react LAMANG na inyong ibibigay ay may katumbas na ISANG (1) puntos at DALAWANG (2) puntos naman kung ito ay inyo ring i-se-share. Siguraduhing nakalike at follow sa page na ito upang mapasali sa bilang ang inyong mga tugon.

The school in partnership with the SPTA conducted a pageant coined as Mister and Miss Malitlit 2023. The fund collected was used for the beautification and renovation of some of the school's infrastructures.

Massive thanks to the contestants of the pageant for exerting the extra mile to make this all possible.

The school still upholds its mission to provide quality education and, most importantly, prioritize the learners, particularly those with health issues.

The School-Parent Teacher Association through its Project BUSOG (Bata ay Busugin Upang Sapat na talino O Galing ay Kamtin), implemented a feeding program to help address the health issues of the Malitlit learners.

As part of Valentine's Day, the SPTA of the school conducted an activity to highlight the season of love.

Cupcakes, chocolates, and flowers were given to teachers as an appreciation for their hard work. Different booths were installed for learners to feel loved and valued.

After all, February is indeed the season of affection.

The School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) for SY 2022-2023, through Mrs. Rossel Yebes, organized an activity where they would give shoes to students who needed them. There was a series of shoe-giving activities last October 13 and 20, 2022, November 11, 2022, and December 7, 2022.

Mrs. Yebes, the sole donor, is generous enough to give away shoes.

The entire community is grateful for you. May you help everyone one shoe at a time.

Last September 14, 2022, Manila Hope Lions Club went to the school to distribute school supplies and health kits to selected Malitlit learners. This is made possible through the endless support of the School Parent-Teacher Association for SY 2022-2023.

The whole Malitlit community is grateful to all its stakeholders. Mabuhay kayo!

As part of the celebration of Women's Month, selected parents from different grade levels prepared unique and nutritious dishes for the Cooking Ina Competition.
