1. How much is the rate? / Magkano po?
Please see attached photo for the rates and inclusions.

2. What if we are less than 10? / Paano po pag mababa sa sampu ang bilang namin?
If the number of guests is less than 10, the same rate applies as we will not accommodate other guests. The whole place will be exclusive for your group only.
Kung kayo po ay mababa sa sampu ang bilang, parehong presyo lamang po ang babayaran sapagkat ang buong lugar po ay isasara na para sa iba. Kayo lamang po ang gagamit nito.

3. Location and how to get there? / Saan at paano pumunta?

5. What amenities do you offer? / Ano ang mga nasa loob ng resort?
Upon checking in to The Neverland Farm Camping Resort, you will have exclusive access to the whole place. Two nipa hut rooms with bunk beds, pavilion, videoke, rooms upstairs, tables and chairs, a swimming pool, a bathroom, and showers. You may also bring your own tent, free of charge. The facilities that you can use depend upon the package that you have chosen.
Kapag kayo po ay nag-check in, kayo lang po ang makakagamit ng buong lugar. Mayroon po tayong dalawang kwarto na may double deck na k**a, pavilion, videoke, mga kwarto sa itaas, mga lamesa at upuan, swimming pool, banyo, at shower. Maari po kayong magdala ng inyong tent, hindi kailangan magbayad ng extra. Depende po sa package na kinuha ninyo ang pasilidad na maaari ninyong gamitin.

6. How can we reserve our preferred date? / Paano po magpareserve sa gusto naming date?

Due to sudden and unreasonable cancellations, we now require guests to pay a 50% down payment upon reservation. No down payment means no slot reserved. Down payments are not refundable. We can only allow you to reschedule your booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Dahil sa mga biglaang pagkansela na wala namang katanggap-tanggap na dahilan, kailangan na pong magbigay ng paunang bayad. Kung wala ay hindi po maiireserve sa inyo ang resort. Ang downpayment ay hindi na pwedeng irefund. Maaari lamang pong baguhin ang schedule na inyong ibinook. Salamat sa pag-unawa.

7. Can we do an ocular visit before reserving a slot? / Pwede po bang tingnan ang resort bago magpareserve?
We allow ocular visits if there are no guests checked-in. Kindly let us know first before visiting the premises. The Neverland Farm Camping Resort has the right to not let you in if no prior schedule was made.
Maari pong tingnan ang resort bago kayo magpareserve kung walang nakacheck-in. Mangyari lamang na ipaalam muna sa amin bago kayo pumunta sa lugar. Kami ay may karapatang hindi kayo papasukin kung hindi naka-iskedyul ang inyong pagbisita.

8. Is there a parking lot? / May paparkingan po ba ng sasakyan?
Yes. / Meron.

9. Is cooking allowed? / Pwede po bang magluto?
Cooking is allowed. There is a grilling station that you can use for free. If you wish to cook using the stove, there will be an additional charge of Php 250. Kindly bring your own cooking utensils. The use of appliances for cooking such as pot cookers, induction cookers, turbo grillers, etc. will be charged Php 100 each.
Pinapayagan po kayong magluto. Mayroong lugar para kayo ay makapag-ihaw nang libre. Kung gagamit po kayo ng gasul ay may karagdagang bayad na Php 250. Mangyaring magdala po ng sariling gamit panluto. Ang paggamit ng mga panluto na ginagamitan ng kuryente ay may karagdagang bayad na Php 100 kada isa.

10. Is it pet friendly? / Pwede po bang magdala ng mga alagang hayop?
You may bring your pets along but please make sure that they will not cause any damage in the area, especially the plants. You may be charged by the resort for the damages your pets have made.
Maaari nyo pong dalhin ang inyong mga alagang hayop nguint siguraduhin lamang na hindi sila makakasira sa lugar lalo na ang mga pananim na halaman. Maaari kayong pagbayarin kung ang inyong mga alaga ay may nasira.
