QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a natural born Filipino Citizen and of good moral character.
Must not have any pending Civil/Criminal case.
Must be Physically and Mentally fit.
Must possess the Spirit of Volunteerism.
Age of applicant must be 18 years old and above

REQUIREMENTS:
A. Enlistment Application Form
B. Diploma
C. PSA Birth Certificate (with receipt)
D NBI Clearance
E. Medical Certificate (fit to undergo Military Training)
F. (2) 2×2 ID picture Plain White Polo Shirt with white background (Proper Grooming: for ladies: the hair must be tied in a bun, for men: proper haircut, no beard, no mustache)
