Ang Doc Sweet’s Maternal & Children’s Hospital sa Gang, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao kasama ang Doc Sweet’s Maternal Care & Lying-In Clinic sa Parang Road, Cotabato City ay maghahandog ng hadiyah para sa ating mga mommies na mangangank ngayong buwan ng Ramadhan, bilang pagpupugay sa buwan ng pagbibigayan, pagtutulungan at pagmamahalan sa temang:

“Libreng Paanakan sa Buwan ng Ramadhan”

Libre po ang panganganak sa ating pasilidad kung ikaw ay:
-Miyembro ng PhilHealth o Benepisyaro ng PhilHealth Member
-Midwife / Komadrona ang magpapaanak

Gusto po namin kayong imbitahin para sa aming paparating na kaganapan sa August 6, 2022 (Saturday) na SECOND BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY (8:00am-3:00pm) na magaganap sa aming hospital, Doc Sweet's Maternal & Children's Hospital, kasama ang POGS-SMC Cotabato City Chapter at CRMC-Blood Bank, sa Gang, Sultan Kudarat.

Tara na't mag donate ng dugo para makatulong sa mga taong nangangailangan at makakuha ng premyo!

Kontakin lamang ang mga sumusunod:

‼️ Bago magdonate ng dugo, tandaan ang mga sumusunod:
1. Matulog at magpahinga ng maayos.
2. Huwag uminom ng alak 24 oras bago ang blood donation.
3. Walang gamot na ininom sa loobg ng 24 oras.
4. Kumain ng maayos bago magdonate. Iwasan ang matataba at mamantikang pagkain.
4. Uminom ng madaming tubig bago at pagkatapos ng donation.
Pagkatapos naman magdonate ng dugo, mahalagang gawin ang mga sumusunod:
1. Magpahinga ng sampung minuto.
2. Uminom ng tubig.
3. Lagyan ng pressure ang bahagi kung saan tinurukan para maiwasan ang pagdurugo.
4. Iwasan muna ang pagbubuhat ng mabibigat na bagay.
5. Kung magkaroon ng pasa, lagyan ng cold compress ang apektadong parte.
6. Iwasan ang mabibigat ng gawain at pagda-drive ng malalaking sasakyan gaya ng bus at truck.
7. Kung nahihilo, humiga at itaas ng bahagya ang paa.
