Last night was such a blast that we couldn’t be bothered to do a poster for tomorrow.

But hey, Rynzy, Stan Rivera, and YLMRN — (our triple OGs!), will be spinning tomorrow. We only have one floor open, so slots are very limited.

Time for the main event! It's upside-down time again as we open both floors. Upstairs, Ryan Chan+YLMRN+Stan Rivera will be dishing your favorite tunes. Downstairs with the Rainbow 🏳️‍🌈 Room, the flavor is Pride courtesy of DJs Baste, Ryan Ted, and performances by our fabulous queens from the House of Fuchsia.

We open at 9 PM. Cover charge only 100, to support our artists!

The thing with a Placeholder is that it merely occupies the position of another thing, before that other thing comes into being. It exists to be temporary, for something else to exist in the future.

Sometime next year, that ‘other thing’ will have to start. So, we would like to end the year with a simple, sincere, Thank You to all the people who have built The Café at Placeholder with us– the DJs, the artists, the musicians, the activists, the coffee lovers, the volunteers, the qu**rs, the misfits, all of you who have seen this tree above in all its different forms.

The community you fostered made [The Café] an amazing 'in between.' As we transition to the next something, we invite the same community to be part of our becoming. While we may be saying goodbye to [The Café]; hopefully, all fingers and toes crossed, [Placeholder] itself will remain.

More information will come. But for now, we invite you to our last two parties, on the 28th and 30th. We’ll post the details of the events tomorrow. Until then, The Cafe at Placeholder wishes you a very Merry Christmas. 🙂😌

We call on all ISCP Tacloban Campus alumni to a mini-reunion featuring our guest of honor YLMRN who has been conferred with an honorary doctorate degree.
