Malipayon nga Patron, Tacloban! 🎊🎊🎊

Today we celebrate the Fiesta in honor of Señor Sto. Niño de Tacloban. This is the 135th celebration of the June fiesta, a significant occasion which commemorated the return of the lost image of Santo Niño in 1889 after it was lost in a sea incident. At that time, Tacloban was in the midst of a cholera outbreak. The epidemic miraculously ceased upon the arrival of the Santo Niño image.

The image's return was seen as a sign of divine intervention. From then on, Taclobanons started commemorating the 30th of June as the feast day of Sto Nino. It has always been a day filled with gratitude, prayers, and joyous festivities.

To our valued guests, in observance of the fiesta, our restaurant is closed today, June 30, 2024. We will be back tomorrow, July 1, 2024. See you!
