To all clients na nakaka-iwan ng mga gamit nila kay Casper hindi po namin liability yon. You are responsible to all your belongings. Kaya nga po, lagi ako nagpapaalala please double check bago kayo bumaba. Please, Hindi po ako babalik sa lugar nyo para ibalik nag gamit nyo. Pwede nyo po ipalalamove as long as available po ako na nasa bahay. I have commitments din po kaya hindi ako lagi available. But I am willing to return kung nasa kotse pa po ang gamit nyo. Hindi ko responsibilidad kung may naiwan po or nawala sa gamit nyo dahil madami po ako pasahero at susunod na pasahero na sasakay. Salamat po sa pang unawa. 🙏

Oh, ay wala po magchchat sakin na nauna kayo. Ilang beses ko po inulit na first come, first serve basis po tayo. Iis lang po si Casper namin 😅✌

Ang aga-aga, init ng ulo ni madam. hahahahaha
One of the reason why I require 1k for reservation fee. Lagi po kami biktima ng last minute cancel and I feel really upset kapag nangyayari yon. I have been a good and very considerate person kaya I also have pencil booking pero, kapag may nauunang magdown syempre doon ko na ibibigay. We're doing business here at hindi po namin basta basta pinapagamit si Casper. Kahapon lang, may client kami na twice na sya nag last minute cancel. And nageffort asawa ko ipalinis ang car para sa mga renter tapos ang ending magkakansel. Sana naman maging tao po tayo kausap. And this person that I have spoken with earlier today, desisyon sya na kaliwaan, like I've said very considerate akong tao. Pero, when she invalidate my opinion, it's a no no. OKAY lang sakin kaliwaan pero I set her expectation that this is a first come, first serve basis. Kayo nalang humusga and magbasa.

This is just an eye opener to all the lessor why there are lesse that required reservation fee. You are also have the right and free to do the legitimation para iwas scam. ( Nagremind na nga ako, ako pa galit.) 😅
