On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 27, 2024 the 𝗗𝗠𝗠𝗦 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, together with our professors, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗼𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮, and especially our DMMS adviser, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗼 proudly welcomed the first-year students in the world of molding and machining. This event marked a significant moment for everyone, our officers took the stage to share their roles, goals, and exciting plans they have store for the year ahead. As we move forward together we are confident that our first year students will had a great time at TUPTaguig as they start their college life.

The 𝗗𝗠𝗧 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 recently toured the 𝗧𝗨𝗣-𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗴 campus, where they experienced a look at their field's cutting edge resources. The campus tour began with an life-giving 𝗠𝗔𝗔𝗗 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸. Students together with the 𝗗𝗠𝗠𝗦 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 explored the admin buildings, academic facilities, library, and even the canteen.

The tour emphasized 𝗧𝗨𝗣-𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗴 dedication to integrating academic learnings with hands-on experience, preparing students to excel the dynamic world of 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘆.

I’m (NAME), a (YEAR LEVEL) student from the (DEPARTMENT) just like the characters in Inside Out 2. I am ready to take control of my emotions. Just like how 𝙅𝙤𝙮 motivates us to approach our studies with excitement and curiosity, turning challenges into enjoyable opportunities for growth and connection.

At the same time, it’s important to recognize the roles of sadness, anger, and disgust in our lives. 𝙎𝙖𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 helps us develop empathy and resilience, reminding us that seeking help is never a sign of weakness rather it is a sign that we are strong enough to seek help from others. 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 can drive us to stand up for our beliefs and advocate for change. It helps us in keeping the fire for our passion and to strive harder as we are to approach the fruit of our hard work. While, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 serves as an emotional guide that helps students to make smart choices to recognize what they want to avoid in their new environment as they embrace new journey of their lives. She is also a reminder of when to say 'NO', to protect ourselves from distractions and negative influences.

Embarking on a new journey, as we dive into the new academic year, we’re ready to feel, learn, and thrive with all the colors of our emotions. From Joy to Anger, and everything in between – every feeling lies within the story of our college life.

Together with the other 𝐌𝐒 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, the screening for this year's 𝐌𝐒 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠 took place in the BASD department on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑.
Judges are Prof. Randolf Colegio, Prof. Edna Barroso and Ms. Trixie Anne Calungsod.

It is quite difficult to select the 2023 Ms. TUP Taguig due to the contenders' exquisite beauty and elegance, but 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 from the JPSME TUP-T emerged victorious from the screening, winning over the judges' hearts and taking the title of 𝐌𝐬. 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑.

The search for the 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐫. 𝐆𝐀𝐃 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 then started on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, 𝐚𝐭 𝟓 𝐩.𝐦. The inaugural Mr. GAD event is a part of the celebration of National Mens Day, and it is cordially welcomed by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐱𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐉𝐫., 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫
Everything about the event was excellent: there was a Q&A segment, formal clothing, GAD gear, and ten candidates vying for the position

Judges include Mr. John Lloyd Masinag, Ms. Warren Castrudes, and Honorable Joven P. Garces, the Student Regent. It was extremely difficult for them to select the Mr. GAD Ambassador 2023, but in the end, 𝐌𝐲𝐤 𝐄𝐲𝐨𝐲𝐨 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 the Die and Mould Maker Society - TUPTaguigtook the top spot and were crowned the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐆𝐀𝐃 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫.

Additionally, we appreciate the GAD for making this event possible.

In celebration of the 122𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 - 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚, the various contests were held, which attended by its branches including 𝐓𝐔𝐏-𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠, 𝐓𝐔𝐏-𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬, 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 and 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞. Our 𝐃𝐌𝐌𝐒 member and 𝐃𝐌𝐓 Alumni (formerly known as Tool and Die Engineering) took home the award in various fields.

This event was full of excitement and joy, 𝐃𝐌𝐌𝐒 members enjoy the games and intermission number given by our different students from first year to third year.

Before the closing remarks our 𝐃𝐌𝐌𝐒 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐀𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐨 conducted a game called "bring me" and the winners received a gift from him, and after that Mr. Aggabao delivered his closing remarks.This year may not be the best year for some of us but atleast we meet our new members, may the incoming years filled a greatest memories for all of us.
