Making Tilapia Steak for the very first time! A special request of my brother Aaron, who is quite picky of seafood - so let's see how his favorite tilapia goes!

First, season tilapia with salt & pepper then fry.
Saute onion for a few minutes and set aside.
Prep and mix the wet ingredients, set aside.
Saute garlic and onion together and top it with fried tilapia.
Then put the mixture of the wet ingredients. And add water.
Cover for about 2-3 Minutes. And we're done!
Just garnish with chili and onion rings on top.

Ready to serve! Enjoy!

PS. I will let my brother comment down below for what he thinks of my tilapia steak! ;)

Today, we're making Burger ala Mcdo at home! May ulam ka na at pang meryenda pa! O diba?!

It's actually our Head Chef's birthday and her personal favorite is the Fish-O Fillet!We're so excited because honestly, we were craving for it too! And we know you miss eating out just as much as we do! 😂

Come on let's try this recipe! This is so easy & quick!

Ingredients:
- Breadcrumbs
- Cream Dory Fillet
- Soft Buns
- Oil Spray

Batter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Black pepper

Toast Breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F
- Spread breadcrumbs on a tray. Spray with oil directly down, not from side.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes until golden. Immediately transfer to bowl.

Crumbing/ Baking
- Cut fish fillets into square-ish shapes slightly larger than the buns.
- Mix Batter ingredients in a bowl
- Carefully coat fish in batter (handle with care, fish fillets can be delicate)
- Using the other hand place the fish in the breadcrumbs, Cover top and sides with breadcrumbs. Transfer to tray.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until fish is cook through.
- Assemble your burger with the other half of the bun, baked fish fillet, dressing/tartare sauce,cheese and top with the other half of the bun.
