OPPA CHICKEN

Right off the bat, oppa chickens character as a customer friendly restaurant can be clearly seen. Just as we entered, we were welcomed with smiles and were immediately accommodated to our seats as if we made reservations. After ordering, the atmosphere never felt stale while waiting for our food which took approximately 10-15 minutes because we were occupied by the numerous board games they provided. Board games such as uno cards, monopoly, and angry dog. The restaurant also had 64 inch television which was just great like any other restaurants with television. The cost of 180 per set of chicken was worth it because of the awesome flavors and its quantity. We had the opportunity to interview a pioneer chef at Oppa Chicken, head chef Mr. Robert. He told us that their best sellers are the 4 in 1 chicken platter and Yangnyum Oriental Sweet and Spicy. He also told us about the brief history of Oppa Chicken. The head chef of their restaurant, Chef Kim is Korean. The first branch of Oppa Chicken opened in the Philippines was located in Pasig. It turns out that this branch of Oppa Chicken, located at Circuit Makati just opened last February 27, 2018.

Yangnyum flavored chicken is one of the best sellers of the resturant, the combination of the sweet and spicy was one of the highlights of the chicken. Rather than one flavor overcoming the other, Oppa chicken’s flavors balanced to perfection. It's one of the most dynamic dishes we've tasted on any restaurant of this sort. We recommend this to people who loves to eat spicy foods with a kick of sweetness.

Original flavored chicken on the other hand was really delicious and satisfying to the taste buds. It was really yummy and satisfying. The chicken doesn't need any gravy because it was really tasty as it is. It tasted quite salty with a hint of spice which could stand on its own. it was oozing with flavor on its own without the need for condements and other complementary substances we recommend this dish to people who just want to eat chicken and have a good time with it and of course those who don’t need gravies to complete their chicken experience

Snowing cheese chicken flavor was the most unique chickens dishes we've encountered for quite awhile, one of our members doesn't really like to eat cheese but the way cheese is used in this dish that couldn’t stop eating even after her second chicken. A little bit rough but melts as soon as you bite it and the cheese bursts and covers the entirety of your mouth the chicken and the cheese flavor complimented each other and there was a kick of spiciness as well so it was really good. we recommend this to dish for its awesome use of cheeeseee, texture and overall taste.

Overall, we are satisfied with the food and service that Oppa Chicken offered. The restaurant can be identified for its family friendly, positively oriented environment complimented with a variety of mouth watering delicious chicken based dishes that’ll keep your fill up. We will definitely come back to taste more of what they have to offer. We recommend Oppa chicken, make sure to visit in various locations: Circuit Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Portico, Pasig, Shang-ri La Plaza, Mandaluyong City, and Cebu City.
