Isa po akong registered nurse sa pinas at dito sa italy. December was the biggest break of my life. Long time dream to work in a cardiology ward. Simula ng pumutok ang balita sa virus we started using surgical mask. Since wala pang positive cases. February i started using ffp2/3 sa mga nakakakilala sa akin alam kng gaano ako ka obsessive compulsive. Last week of february my mga patient kami n nagmanifest ng lagnat. We nurses doubted na nakapasok na ang virus sa ward. But still thinking positive na hindi kasi hindi naman lumalabas ang mga patient dahil nakarehab for 3/4mons. But still we insisted for early detection. Blood culture was done and other tests. Pero anong kulang,it's the swab test.until feb 29 na hindi na namin kayang ihandle lahat at nagdecide na kami na ipilit sa doctor na isend sa emergency room ang isang patient na nagmamanifest ng difficulty of breathing. March 1 we started using personal protective equipment. Dumami ang cases ng fever. Umiikot na ang mga pwet namin sa sobrang toxic. March 2 the patient was tested positive so swab test was also done for 7 of us na present sa duty. Still thinking positive na all is well. March 3 was the biggest and most devastating day of my life. 5 of us were tested positive. And i was forced to finish my duty kahit na kakasimula ko lng sa duty. Naghalo ang balat sa tinalupan. Gumuho ang mundo ko. Isang araw ang saya saya namin sa duty at sumunod na araw 15+ kming positive including caregivers(oss) and doctors. Hndi pa kasama ang 20+ patient na nagpositive na din. Ano ang lapses?bakit nagkaganon..
1. Matindi pa sa lakas ng kidlat ang virus. So matakot ka! Oo kung ayaw mong lumugar sa kinalalagyan ko!
2. Kung ang Mask at PPE hndi kami natulungan ikaw pa kaya na matigas ang ulo na ayaw manahimik sa bahay nyo.
3. Don't trust anyone! Hindi mo alam kung sino ang may dala ng virus so be vigilant!
4. NO!NO sa nebulizer/aerosol. We treat our patient using nebulizer but even early detection was done, it was already late kasi naispread na ang virus sa ward. It is already said na using nebulizer can spread the virus and cause conjunctivitis so wag mo nang ipilit pang gumamit.

What should be done?
1.early detection and early isolation.
2. Kung may nararamdaman kna sa katawan mo,manahimik ka sa bahay nyo wag ka ng mandamay pa ng iba!
3.sa hospital ipagbawal ang visiting hours. Pwdeng ung taga labas ang magdala ng virus sa loob ng ward
4.triage should be done outside ng ospital pag sa loob/ER gnwa para na din kaung nagpasabog ng bomba sa loob ng ospital.treat everyone as a positive case.
5.tandaan mo pag nagkasakit ka, magisa kang haharap sa sakit na yan. Ganon yun. You should and will feel alone! No call for a friend or parent this time.
6.Pag namatay ka, mamamatay kang magisa. Kahit embalsamador matatakot sau. Magisip kang mabuti.

Symptoms?
Unang sintomas na naramdaman namin ay chills at masakit buong katawan unlike sa flu ung katawan lang ang masakit yung covid ramdam mo na masakit mga buto mo. It is not necessary na may fever agad usually after 3hours saka nagmamanifest ang fever. In my case inunahan kong inuman ng paracetamolo at itinulog ko ng bongga ang sakit na nararamdaman ko. After i was tested positive i did'nt feel anything. I was asymptomatic. I only had slight cold and sorethroat from day 3-7. and then yesterday after 10days i started feeling unwell na hindi maintndihan but no high fever. Still hoping na babalik ang lahat sa dati at makakahanap na ng cure.

Things to do:
1. Increase immune system with 2 grams of vit.c. and in my case i am taking magnesium also for fatigue and nervous system.
2.iniinom ko po ang tea na my lemon/kalamansi with ginger. Opo iniinom ko na parang tubig!nilalaklak ko! Kasi sorethroat ang kalaban pag hndi mo napagaling ang sorethroat mo it will cause colds, cough etc..
3.isolation. you should isolate yourself and self monitoring kasi sa 21k na may positive cases dito wala pong magmomonitor sa inyo.walang pupunta para icheck kau unless sobrang lala na ng nararamdaman mo at kailangan mo nang magpadala sa ospital. Wag na po kaung manghawa. Sa sobrang crowded sa pinas sa isang kurap ng mata mo pwede kang makahawa.
4. Stay at home. Umiwas sa closed spaces at wag nang magmagaling kasi i have been there and done that so dont me.
5. Be vigilant. Don't trust anyone. Hndi mo alam may virus na yang katabi mo o kasama mo sa bahay. Kng dito ganon sila kabilis mgdetect ng may sakit, pero hindi kayang iaccomodate lahat ng may sakit so ano pa kaya sa pinas.
6. Hndi na po pinaguusapan ang pera dito o katayuan sa buhay. Kasi kahit nurses at doctors pwedeng magkaron ano pa kaya ung mga walang wala. Kahit sino pwdeng magkaron.

Wag na po magmagaling. Wag na po magpumilit sa alam nyo. Kung mahal nyo sarili nyo at mga mahal nyo sa buhay. Sumunod po sa sinasabi ng gobyerno. Hindi po kayang iaccomodate ng mga hospital ang lahat ng positive cases kaya pinapatupad ang self quarantene at lockdown para malessen ang pwedeng mahawaan ng sakit. This time NOBODY CAN SAVE YOU, and there is no cure. We have to put our faith in the lord.
