KAILAN DAPAT NILILINIS ANG AIRCON UNIT?

1. Ang standard ay EVERY 6 MONTHS for a general cleaning. Ibig sabihin, kailangan mo ibaba ang Aircon unit mo upang malinis ang loob at iba't ibang parte nito. Kasabay na dito ang pag check-up ng buong unit gaya ng pressure ng freon, clogged drain, effeciency ng unit at iba pa.

2. Siguraduhin din ang paglilinis ng Air filter every 2 weeks. Kahit kayo mismo ay pwedeng maglinis nito. Maari rin kayong magpaturo sa huling technician na naglinis kung paano baklasin ang Air- filter.

3. Maaring mas kailangan na madalas an ng paglilinis ng Aircon mo depende sa dalas ng paggamit mo. (Quarterly or Monthly)

✅️Luma na ang unit mo
✅️Madalas na ang sira.
✅️Ang Aircon mo ay nasa tabi ng kalsada o maalikabok na lugar.

RESULTA NG MADUMI ANG AIRCON!

◇ MAHINA ang buga ng hangin. MAHINA din lamig. MABAHO ang amoy. Ang mga ito ay dahilan ng pagbara ng makapal na alikabok sa loob ng unit mo.

◇ NAGYEYELO (Ice) ang evaporator. Ito ay dahil sa marumi ang air-filter o barado ang fins.

◇ SHORT CYCLE of compressor. Pag madumi ang condenser (outdoor unit), mabilis mag overheat ang compressor na sa kalaunan ay mas malaking problema.

◇ WATER DRIPPING - normal sa window type ang tulo ng tubig sa likod ng unit. Subalit kapag nagkaron sa HARAP, masasabi nating napuno na ang drain pan ng dumi at alikabok. Maari ring hindi maayos ang slope ng unit patungo sa drain.
Pag may tubig naman na tumulo sa indoor unit ng SPLIT TYPE, maaring barado na ang mga drainline dahil sa JELLY-like na dumi na naipon.

◇ MATAAS NA BILL- Hirap kasi si aircon palamigin ang isang kwarto gawa ng dumi. Dahilan upang kumuha ng mas malakas na energy ang unit mo para maabot niya ang temperature na magiging mas komportable ka.
