If you're looking for a restaurant that serves authentic American and home-style Filipino cuisine, visit Providore! Ito yung restaurant na magugustuhan mo talaga ang sineserve nila.

We ordered their Cast Iron Steak & Chili Fries (₱375) napaka flavorful nito at ang tended ng meat.

Next is Chicken & Waffles (₱375) napaka crispy ng chicken at ang fluffy ng waffles.

We also got Bacon Clam Chowder (₱350) napaka comforting ng soup nito.

The Steel Plate Cooked Garlic Butter "Salpicao" Steak (₱495) is so perfect! Mapaparami ang kain mo ng kanin here.

Gaya ng sa Lola's Beef Sinigang (₱440) na napaka linamnam ng sabaw at tamang-tama lang ang asim.

Sa Meryenda Plates ay umorder kami ng Pancit Palabok (₱320) napaka generous ng toppings at ang sarap ng sauce.

Pinaka bet ko sa lahat ang Ube Champorado (₱320) napaka perfect ng lasa! Hindi masyadong matamis kaya hindi ka mauumay.

Napaka sarap din ng P**o at Dinuguan (₱375) na perfect combination talaga eh.

For the dessert we got Warm Brownie Skillet (₱275). Napaka sarap ng brownie ay icecream nito.

Natakam ako sa mga naka display sa pastry board nila kaya umorder kami ng 3 nito. For only ₱295 ay meron ka ng 3 masasarap na pastries.

Nakakatuwa din talaga ang Providore kasi they support local. You can shop their local retail sa restaurant nila.

It's just one of those days when we had a sudden hankering for a good ol' hearty feast and our visit to Providore certainly satisfied those cravings ~

We tried the following:
》Crispy Seafood Mayo Roll | Fresh lemon & dill, romaine lettuce, remoulade sauce on a buttered brioche roll served with freshly fried chips

》Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta | 6-hour sauce, maligns pecorino and basil

》Grilled Pepper & Herb US Beef Belly | Mashed potatoes, chimichurri sauce and peppercorn au jus

》Lola's Beef Sinigang and Garlic Rice | Slow roasted US Beef shortplate, veggies and chilies

》Roasted Turkey Club | Crispy bacon, housemade coleslaw, herb omelette, double smoked bacon cranberry sauce etc on a french toast loaf

》Seafood and Rice Skillet | Fresh prawns, fish and squid in garlic, parsley, white wine butter & special spice served with creamy spinach pilaf

Where do I even start? So pleased with our dining experience here from the delectable meals (we were so spoilt for choice) to the cosy ambiance and friendly staff.

The dishes were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and packed with flavour. The meat/seafood were fresh and you could taste the quality of the ingredients used. The meals were prepared with utmost attention since the balanced flavours complimented each other.

Totally impressed with the concept of the space which has a coffee bar, bistro, kitchen provisions, al fresco bar and a retail area with local artisanal products.

They offer a wide array of dishes from authentic American meals to home-style Filipino cuisine so there's certainly something that would entice anyone's appetite.

Lunchy time with the fam! We were supposed to eat in a pancake resto but changed of plans kasi they are closed for an event. I suggested to try cause they offer a wide variety of food in their menu na magugustuhan ng fam ko that has different taste sa food. Our unplanned lunch turns out even better than the pancakes. Masarap pala dito cause they have Filipino faves, pastas, sandwiches and more. The resto is by that also handles the famous Farmer's Table in Tagaytay and we love that resto. As a bread lover, I got the smoked salmon eggs benedict that comes with a side salad. Actually, madami yung serving ng salad and I'm not complaining at all cause I love the greens. The bread is super soft. Siguro that's what they are known for, cause they have a bakery sa resto. My sister got the steel plate garlic butter salpicao steak and it was cooked to perfection. Also, masarap din yung seafood cioppino that has a crab claw and the bread tasted superb with the soup. You could actually eat the bread that serves as the soup bowl cause sa ibang restos, it doesn't tasted that good. Our other orders are bacon carbonara, seafood & rice skillet, fish & chips and more. Overall, we had a filling lunch and this sure is a must try resto 🍞🥗❤️

Providore offers all around good vibes as they have almost every food you can think about!

WHAT THEY OFFER:
Coffee bar, bistro, alfresco bar, local artisanal items, bakery, american food, pinoy food, local goods, cocktails and many more!

LOCATION:
Strategically located at SM Aura capable of events and gatherings up to 65 pax! The area is beautifully decorated with refreshing blue accent and well-lit tables.

FOOD:
I do understand that our palates can be different from each other buy I can’t help to mention that their Winner Chicken Bucket really stands tall for its name! The mashed potato, green peas and corn mixed together gave a whole new combination to fried chicken.

Another food bias I have is their Macaroni Pimiento and 4 cheese Gratin! As a cheese lover, I can taste the perfect combination of cheese pimiento, cheddar, mozarella, and parmesan perfectly baked with bacon bits and macaroni! Ugggh!!!! Just imagine!

As it is really hard to pick from their wide variety recipes, here are some more that I can vouch for:

Bacon Carbonara
Fish and Chips

Clam Chowder
