The Young Chefs Workshop is a 4-Saturday summer program of Moderne Culinaire Academy that offers a series of cooking classes designed for young culinary enthusiasts, from ages 5 to 11 years old. It offers its young participants the opportunity to have practical yet fun hands-on learning, including valuable insights on food, kitchen safety, and preparation. For the kids edition of this workshop, your little chefs-to-be will learn how to make easy-to-prepare meals and snacks, combining both culinary and baking plus pastry favorites throughout the duration of the program. To ensure the best and effective way of teaching the kids, participants will be using safe, kid-friendly kitchen stations, complete with modern facilities and professional chef instructors for focused supervision.
