What makes a digitally mature organization?

Let's do some basic definitions first.

Digital Technology - Involves the platforms, systems, processes, data, application, tools used for business operations

Digital Transformation - is what happens when you implement strategies using technology to effect changes in the organization

Technology can only get you so far. When your team does not know how to use them, or for some reason refuses to uses the tools (fear, lack of skills, etc) then the organization will not mature.

What is the missing ingredient here?

MINDSET.

Leaders must be able to shift the organization's mindset into consistently using technology, implementing strategies that involve data to create that much-needed transformation.

- What keeps them up at night? What is it that makes their heart sing?
