Catch-Up Friday is a valuable opportunity for students to engage in enjoyable activities that promote personal growth and well-being. Reading, Values Education, Homeroom Guidance, and Health Education are all essential components of a student's development, and Catch-Up Friday provides a platform for students to engage in these areas in a fun and meaningful way. By participating in these activities, students can enhance their skills, build their character, and improve their overall health and well-being.

South Daang Hari Elementary School-Main actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill in compliance with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Memorandum No. 013, s. 2024. This memorandum dictates that offices across all levels of the Department of Education and schools are mandated to take part in the conduct of quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drills to ensure preparedness in the event of an actual earthquake.

In celebration of National Women’s Month, South Daang Hari Elementary School-Main recently conducted a community service program “SDHES-May Pusong Mapagbigay- Alay sa mga Tanod ng Barangay”. The initiative aimed to show appreciation and provide support to the hardworking barangay tanods who tirelessly serve and protect the community.

With a total of 40 barangay tanods in attendance, SDHES teaching force, headed by the school principal Mrs. Marieta T. Junio, provided an energy booster food packs to give back to the dedicated individuals who play a crucial role in maintaining peace and order in the barangay.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we extend our thanks to Hon. Velerado "Benjie" Hernandez, Hon. Mayla A. Barros, and the council for their generosity in allowing our school to give back to our tanods. The support and cooperation we have received from the local government have made it possible for us to show our appreciation to the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to keep our community safe.😇😇

The Feb. Environment Activity with the theme “Makalikasang Paaralan” at South Daang Hari Elementary School Main organized by Cognizant was a great success in raising awareness about environmental issues and inspiring students to take action. By educating and empowering students to protect and preserve the environment, we can create a brighter and more sustainable future for generations to come.

Taguig Cares Parent’s Orientation was a resounding success. The informative talks by Mr. Elmer and Mrs. Rosh Clemente provided parents with valuable insights into the importance of parental involvement and children’s mental health. This LGU initiative with the love and support from our City Mayor, Hon. Ate Lani Cayetano greatly affected the lives of our parents and learners. ❤️

The giving of Cards and PRAISE awards recognition headed by our very supportive and energetic Principal, Mrs. Marieta T. Junio served as a powerful reminder of the school’s commitment to nurturing and supporting the students in their journey towards success. In line with the Celebration of NATIONAL ARTS MONTH 2024 pursuant to Presidential Proclamation no. 683,s.1991 declaring the month of February as National Arts month with the theme " Ani ng Sining, Bayang Malikhain " thru Regional Memorandum no.0109 s. 2024 to conduct School Based Activities.

Learners of SDHES conducted On-the-Spot Drawing/Poster Making /Painting and Art exhibit participated by all grade level.
