1. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE

JOB PURPOSE:
As an HR Associate, your primary goal is to provide support to different facets of HR. You will be assisting on the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.

JOB QUALIFICATION:
• BS degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant degree
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Should be of good moral character and can demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in work habits and attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Self-starter, Highly Analytical, Result- oriented, and Computer literate
• Highly organized, Keen to details and Deadline oriented
• Can start immediately

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Compensation and Benefits
•Assist in monitoring and processing of government-mandated benefits and payments of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)

2. Payroll
•Assist in Accurate and Timely preparation of Payroll report

3. Recruitment
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates
• Assist in the preparation of employment contracts (Job Offer, Probationary Contract etc.)
• Support the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

4. Employee Relations
• Assist in handling corrective action process based on the Company Policy
• Documentation of all the action made for every Incident Report received
• Conducts exit interviews to separating employees

5. Administrative
• Monitor and assist with other HR administrative tasks for timeliness and accuracy.

2. ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

JOB PURPOSE:
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in financial operations.

JOB QUALIFICATION:
• BS degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any relevant degree
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Has a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
• Highly organized, flexible and keen on details
• Capable of prioritizing projects according to urgency and effectively managing time.
• Can start immediately

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Checking of BIR Tax Report (Compensation, Expanded, Withholding, and VAT)
• Bookkeeping
• Other duties as may be assigned by Finance & Accounting Officer

3. Ensure that the post is set to public so that it is visible for contest verification.
4. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
5. Participants are encouraged to share their posts and invite friends and family to like and engage with their entry.
6. The winner will be selected based on the creativity of the photo, resemblance of the father and son, and the caption's originality.
7. The winner will receive an unlimited wings treat for 2, redeemable at any stores of Primo's.
8. There will be FOUR (4) winners chosen for this promo.

- The winners will be announced on June 20 on our official social media account.
