Primary responsible for Php / Java coding or application development work including publishing of project related documentation for new modules or enhancements to existing application system in the organization.
• Liaises with System Development Team Lead or IT Business System Manager in conducting technical requirements definition by holding stakeholder interviews or meetings
• Perform actual coding or application development work for new modules or enhancement to existing application system
• Assists their respective Team Leads in determining, evaluating, and recommending appropriate system design
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting application related service desk tickets
• Develop, write, or assist system analysts/developers in project documentation for each development activity, which includes (but not limited to):
A. Requirements Document
B. Design Document
C. Technical Document
D. UAT Document
E. Go Live Document
F. User Manual Document
• Collect technical and other project related information by conducting stakeholder interviews and meetings to develop technical design for a new module or enhancement to an existing system application
• Perform actual code or development work according to agreed specification as indicated by an approved requirement and design documents
• Develop the following documentation and successfully secure stakeholder approval for the following:
A. Requirements Document
B. Design Document
C. Technical Document
D. UAT Document
E. Go Live Document
• Provide technical support on all application related concerns as directed by the IT Business Systems Manager or Head of IT
• Manage support tickets and ensure closure of reported issues
• Prepare and submit to System Development Team Lead or IT Business Systems Manager their daily activity logs
• Prepare and submit to System Development Team Lead or IT Business Systems Manager monthly KRA Report
• Ok to work on-site

Qualifications:

• Must be Certified Public Accountant
• Preferably, Certified Information System Auditor

Responsibilities:
• Capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery
• Designs the database schema and creates necessary database objects and provides testing environment support for all supported databases
• Prepares technical specification on database requirements for application developers for new or enhanced systems
• Performs all database migration and project cutover and implementation
• Ensures compliance to defined database implementation methodologies
• Ensure database security is implemented to safeguard the data
• Work closely with application developers and system administrators to ensure all database needs are being met
• Performs database preventive maintenance
• Performs other job-related projects and tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Computer Science, information Technology or other related fields

- Maintains and updates customer information in the loan system.
- Prepares Management Information System (MIS) Reports for the consumption of both internal and external clients as well as investors.
