Absolutely!!!

I read this in a mountain bike forum. One buddy was talking to another, who was complaining about the cost of a new $3,000 mountain bike.

The man said to his friend "It sure is expensive, but it's cheaper than a heart bypass!"

I love that, I'm sure there's a backstory to go with it but the message for us all is that investing in your health and happiness is just that, an investment. Bikes get us out into the wilderness. They keep us healthy, both mentally and physically and they improve our quality of life.

That's money well spent if you ask me.

Oh what a ride! Another successful overseas MTB tour with Team Hatak & friends from Crankheadz. Badak Bike Park, a super mix of flowy, steep and technical MTB trails.
Shakes the nerves and pumps the adrenaline up to the roof. Leaving us breathless & yet craving for more.

One of the awesome things about riding is that we get to head out into the woods every week and act like children, smashing in puddles and riding our bikes around.

I remember as a child getting home from school and jumping straight on my bike and out the door to go mess around with my mates.

The moment I put in that first pedal stroke I was free. I could go wherever my legs would take me and any of the stresses of the day disappeared.

It’s ironic that decades later, we still use riding to escape the day. To feel free. To go adventure. To go have fun.

Growing old is something we are hopefully all lucky enough to do.

Growing up however? That’s totally optional. I have ZERO intention of ever growing up...
