Patatas bravas, or “brave potatoes,” got their daring name because of their spicy, bold sauce. The term “bravas” refers to the spicy kick that makes these crispy potato chunks stand out.

Butifarra is Catalonia’s answer to sausage greatness! This tasty treat has been around for ages, born from the need to preserve meat in the winter. Made from pork and spiced up with goodies like garlic and paprika. Served with Alubias (white beans) and fried egg.

PINTXO DE BACALAO. Another of our classic Pintxos. Creamy salted cod paired with rich allioli, served on crusty bread. This classic pintxo captures the essence of Basque culinary heritage and tradition, offering a taste of timeless flavors in every bite.
