𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Skilled Workers English Enhancement Program (SWEEP) entered an exciting new phase with the launch of Batch 2, officially commencing on October 28, 2023. This transformative program is a collaborative effort between the City Government of Tagum, the City Public Education and Employment Services Office (CPEESO), UM Tagum College, and the L2 Society Organization. The inaugural session unfolded at the Speech Laboratory of UM Tagum College, setting the stage for a language revolution among Tagum City's skilled workers.
SWEEP Batch 2 aspires to empower the local workforce by equipping them with vital English language skills that enhance employability, broaden career prospects, and open doors to global opportunities. The City Government of Tagum has consistently demonstrated its commitment to fostering a highly skilled and globally competitive workforce.

𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 | The fourth-year BSED-English students in Field Study 1 have ended their observation gracefully at La Filipina National High School.
During their study, they are exposed to classroom observations and basic teaching activities. They have observed and documented the teaching strategies and techniques used by cooperating teachers. Also, they were given the opportunity to interact with students and assist in instructional activities under the guidance of their cooperating teacher.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | In a groundbreaking collaboration, the City Government of Tagum, in partnership with UM Tagum College and the L2 Society Organization, launched the second week of the Skilled Workers English Enhancement Program (SWEEP), which aims to cultivate proficient language abilities among workers, enabling them to excel in the international labor market.
SWEEP, under the direction of Professor Clarice M. Cabrera and lecturer Dr. Armand James A. Vallejo, aims to revolutionize the communication abilities of Tagum City's skilled workforce.
L2 Society officers Geovan Triztan Aunzo, Henz Rosar Lenihan, Anna Ronaliza Cervo, Kianne Lex Coronado, Delmia Saraudin, Mikay Sabalo, and Karl Kirvy Enojas served as facilitators for the program.
The program was initiated at UM Tagum College's state-of-the-art Speech Laboratory, providing an environment conducive to an immersive learning experience.
