We recently concluded an incredible Finance Days event held from July 24-26, 2024, with the theme: Financial Freedom: Take Control, Build Your Future.

Over the three days, participants engaged in insightful discussions regarding investing in financial well-being, attended informative workshops, and bonded with peers.

📰: In line with advancing financial inclusion, LANDBANK will be significantly reducing transaction rates for fund transfer via InstaPay effective 15 June 2023.

All fund transfer transactions, regardless of the amount, will now be subject to a fixed transaction fee of P15, down from the previous rate of P25.

After meeting and passing all the required standards and parameters for the upgrading of our service capability, The Cebu South Medical Center (CSMC) has been awarded and accredited as a LEVEL 3 GENERAL HOSPITAL by the Department of Health - Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau.

Together with our ongoing facility and continual service improvement, we hope that this recognition will allow us to serve more for our dear patients, and ultimately bring better health forward!

Majority of taxpayers will receive further personal income tax cuts beginning January 1, 2023, pursuant to Republic Act 10963 or the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) law, which, among others, adjusted personal income tax rates, to make the tax system simpler, fairer, and more efficient.

"The TRAIN law adjusted personal income taxes and fixed the inequity of our tax system. We want our taxpayers to reap the fruits of their labor while enabling them to contribute their fair share to national development," said Finance Secretary Benjamin E. Diokno.
