Essential Requirements:
• Knowledge in Network Documentation Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
• Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations and the environment will affect outcomes.

• Provides technical support to other units

Core requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Preferably with CSC Eligibility

Deliverables:
• Assistance in the preparation of Accomplishment Report on Network Monitoring and data analytics on link operational status, bandwidth utilization and internet service interruptions of DICT Network.
• Assistance provided in Technical Support Services to include escalation activities relative to hardware/software, network service interruptions and other internal ICT issues and concerns, as well as video conferencing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director, Management Information System Service (MISS), the Computer Maintenance Technologist I shall be tasked to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Provide assistance in technical support and maintenance of optimum performance of the following:
1. Network Equipment (Servers, Routers, Switches)
2. Network Cabling and Troubleshooting
3. Basic Troubleshooting
4. Internal Systems and Servers (Physical and VMs)
