Jose Rizal has an extraordinary aptitude because he symbolizes change, freedom. He is an example for all of us with his bravery, intelligence, and indisputable talent in arts, novels, and poems. It's not easy to face his experiences. We have seen and watched his past, which contains moral lessons and his God-given versatility. His novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filbusterismo exceedingly thought-out and strengthen his writings for us to grasp that knowing him is such an honor to do so. All of his works are a bridge of truth that made us see the real situation of our country back then. Paper and pen are his weapons because using violence against his foes was not his specialty. His way was noble, and being afraid of his enemies never comes to his mind because he was faithful that God is always by his side. His works purposely made for people to realize that we have choices and rights to fight what is right. Therefore, don't forget all of his sacrifices to achieve the freedom that became a reason why he died.

The Life and Legacy of José Rizal: National Hero of The Philippines Read on to discover the life, best works, notable moments and legacy left by the Philippines' national hero, Dr. José Rizal.
When I was a kid, I used to asked myself why do I need to study history. I always find it troublesome to learn due to the various places, names, and years written in the book. It bores me that sometimes I end up napping while in the class but, despite feeling that way, I remembered this one hero who loves writing poems. His famous line never left my mind up until now. If you would ask me how do I see Rizal, I will instantly answer that for me, Rizal was an ideal man. He was a genius man who gladly dedicated his life to the nation's liberation. Without a doubt, he used his knowledge to fight for prejudice and abuse of the colonizers. Using violence was not his forte, but his works never failed him to triggered the enemy's living. Such deeds made me realized that some things don't need force to settle situations, and that teaches us that when you're knowledgeable, there's a high probability that you'll get what you aim for in your life or even for your country.

COMMENTARY: Live Rizal out To appreciate Rizal more, I think we must look at him in a different viewpoint—different from how several nationalists, teachers, or the orators look at him—not as a hero, but as a human being, as someone who went to school just like us, who fell in love just like us, and had dreams not....

Another memory was his nocturnal walk in the town there was a moon.
Beside Calamba's main church is the St. John the Baptist Church it was the birthplace of Jose Rizal. Rizal's ancestral house converted into the Rizal Shrine and Museum dedicated to the national hero's life and works.
The whole compound has a very spacious ground where a replica of a typical Bahay Kubo stood together with a sculpture of little Jose and his dog gazing at the house. There is a subsequent addition to the compound of a mini painting gallery and a showroom of some of Jose Rizal's sculptures, books, and clothes. Entrance to the Rizal House Shrine and Museum is free.
