Native Chillies in Cane Vinegar 375 ml with Flip top Cap

We grow small chillies at our home garden at the foot of Mount Banahaw and Sierra Madre. This is not the usual chillies you see in the market. This is the original local Philippine native chillies that can be found mostly in the provinces. It is called by various names depending on the region such as wild chili or siling labuyo, chileng bundok, siling palay, pasitis, pasite, katumbal, kutitot, siling kolikot, katumba or lara jangay, sili ti diablo, lada, sambalas, rimorimo, paktin, and luya tiduk.
Harvested and bottled with cane vinegar at the same day. Expect a 100 grams of chillis per bottle that contains 375 ml.
I only sell these items after a month from bottling to make sure the chillies are fully infused in the vinegar. If you are lucky, you may receive a one-year old stock. The longer the infuse time is, the better.
A bottle can last up to 6 months after opening. Or up to a year if placed inside the fridge after each use. Siling Tagalog is much spicier than the regular chillies in the market. It is suggested to refill with new vinegar after consuming about half of the vinegar for a long-lasting enjoyment.

Homemade Ginger Turmeric Cinnamon Teabags

Commercial coffees or teas can contain chemicals that are not pleasant to your body. So, gift yourself or someone with an authentic mix of spices that is carefully prepared by hand with exploding health benefits at a reasonable price.
This homemade ginger turmeric cinnamon tea mix can be best taken in any time of the day. Each teabag contains local ginger and turmeric, dried and ground, plus the right amount of cinnamon powder and some sugar.
To have this treat in less than 10 minutes, place a teabag in a cup and pour some boiling water right on the bag. Let it infuse for 3-5 minutes. If necessary, gently press the teabag with a small spoon speed up the infusion. The same technique can be done for teabags in a teapot, keeping in mind the correct proportion of about 200ml of water for each bag. If not in a rush, bring to boil a teabag and let it infuse in the kettle for about 10 minutes. The color should be similar to that of the unedited photo shown in this post.
Squeeze half or whole calamansi, or some drops of lemon juice or any citrus fruit to maximize your enjoyment.
