Here's a reminder to get your steps in today.

It may sound boring (we don't blame you), but research have shown us that starting at 4,000 steps per day, there was a decreased risk of all-cause mortality (death from any cause). This risk continued to decrease for every 1,000 steps added. Finally, no further decreases were observed for those who accomplished 10,000 steps or more.

At least 7,000 steps per day is an ideal step target for adults, while 6,000 steps per day in that of seniors.
