Our Story

What does it take to bring authentic Japanese ramen to your local community? For Okinawa Japanese Ramen House Owner Jhoana Samson, it takes travelling, creativity and grit.

Her love for ramen sprung from the places she visited in and around Asia. Interestingly, she’s never been to Japan! And with that longingness for exquisite flavors only authentic ramen can satisfy, she decided to share the experience to her community in Valenzuela.

Okinawa Japanese Ramen House boasts of their dishes and service akin to that of what locals would enjoy in Japan. This is due to the fact that their chefs and staffs are seasoned professionals who spent years perfecting their craft in the ‘land of the rising sun’!

It might have been quite a challenge to please the patrons in their early days. But with three years’ worth of learning to meet the expectations of Filipino tastebuds, Okinawa Japanese Ramen House have made a reputation of serving one of the most flavorful, authentic-tasting ramen at an affordable price!
