Gin-aprobahan na sang Bacolod City Regional Trial Court Branch 44 ang petisyon ni Olivia Villaflores Yanson, tag-iya sang multi-billion empire nga Yanson Group of Bus Companies, nga kakson bilang tagpanubli ang apat sini nga mga kabataan.

Nag-file sang petisyon sadtong Abril 15, 2019 si Olivia nga sertipikahan ang iya last will and testament kung diin ginakakas bilang tagpanubli ukon "heirs" ang iya apat ka mga kabataan nga sanday Roy, Emily, Ma. Lourdes Celina kag Ricardo Jr., suno sa press release sang Vallacar Transit Incorporated.

Sa petisyon, ginpangalan naman ni Olivia ang duha niya ka mga anak nga sanday Leo Rey kag Ginnette bilang “universal heirs.”

“The last will and testament of Olivia Villaflores Yanson is allowed probate as it complied with the formalities required by law,” suno sa 27-page nga desisyon ni Judge Ana Celeste Bernad nga may petsa Agosto 31, 2023.

Nahibaluan nga nag-oppose sa probate sang will ni Olivia ang Yanson 4 (Roy, Emily, Ma. Lourdes Celina kag Ricardo Jr.) kung diin ila ginpahayag nga yara lang sa “improper influence and pressure” ang ila iloy.

Apang, suno sa Korte, ginpakita ni Olivia nga personal niya nga desisyon ang paghimo sang last will and testament kag sa bulig sang iya abogado, naghimo sila sang draft kun diin nalakip ang tanan niya nga luyag nga probisyon.

Naga-edad sang 85-anyos si Olivia sang ginhimo sini ang iya last will and testament. Sadtong Enero 23, 2023, nagselebrar ang Yanson matriarch sang iya 89th birthday.

Si Olivia, upod ang iya nagtaliwan nga bana nga si Ricardo Yanson Sr. ang nagpatukod sang Vallacar Transit Inc. sadtong 1968 kag karon nangin isa na ka pinakadako nga bus company sa bilog nga Pilipinas.*
