•Most of our units po ay secondhand pero pwde ma consider na good as new pa, we also have brandnew din po, pero pa manage po ng expectations kasi 2nd hand ang iba may slightly dents or scratches which is di po maiiwasan.

• If want po ning super kinis, go for brandnew na po available din po ito.

👉🏻Original po ba talaga ang unit na bento niyo?
•Yes po, we do not sell fake iphone po. Proven 100% na hindi fake pwde niyo check IMEI or SN niya sa mismo website ng apple.

👉🏻Pwde po ba kahit ano sim?
•Yes po any sim will do kasi factory unlocked na po siya, kahit saan country or saan mo idala ang phone mo magana po ang any sim. You can rest din po the unit hindi tulad ng gpp na need pa ng chip para ma activate ang cellular.

👉🏻Ano difference niya from Mac store?
•The only difference is sa amin po mostly secondhand from mac store po is brandnew, pero same specs and quality.

👉🏻Ano po ba included sa box niya?
•Iphone 6 to 11 (10 watts adaptor, connector, earphones, Sim ejector, free case and tempered)
•Iphone 11pro and above (20 watts adaptor, sim ejector, free case and tempered)

👉🏻Honest condition po ng units na benebenta niyo?
•All parts po ng benebenta namin is original parts especially the LCD po. Our units po are not consider as refurbished or na assemble na or na halos na repair repair na. Lahat po ay complete even the smallest na turnilyo ning iphone sa loob walang kulang.

👉🏻Kamusta po ba battery life niya?
•Mostly po ang units po namin is around 95-100% battery health pero most of the time 100% po.
•Don’t expect too much po sa battery ng iphone if android user and switch po sa iphone tandaan po na mas baba ang MAH ng iphone kaysa sa android mag kaiba po sila battery kaya wag po compare if mabilis ma lowbat ang iphone.

👉🏻 Kailan po dapat mag papalit ng battery?
• Advice po ng apple kahit mga 70% na po as long as nagagamit paman po siya and medyo makunat pa naman battery ok muna wag muna mag palit.

👉🏻How long po ang warranty?
•Secondhand units po is 1 month warranty and 1 year free service (parts at your cost)
•Brandnew units (1 year warranty from mac store)
•Strictly No Refund (change of unit only if defective)

Since seconhand units po ang halos ma benta please po manage some expectation may mga units po kasi na minsan lumalabas yung issue while gamit na for a long run, di po kami nag re-release ng unit na defective if pag check pa lang namin if defect na. If may case naman po na ang na receive po kayo defective items po just communicate with us and papalitan po ang unit if hindi naman human error yung sira niya or under warranty pa siya. No worries about jan kasi naga change unit naman po.

👉🏻Safe po ba update yung IOS version niya?
• Yes po, basta make sure lang po malakas internet connection para di po mag ka problem ang phone.

👉🏻Why po madali magbaba battery health niya?
•Sa pre owned units namin ay change na po battery para maging 100% battery health pero wag po mabahala sa battery niya kasi quality naman po battery pinalit. Expected na po natin na pag second hand unit need mapalitan ang battery para matagal pa din ang usage niya. The reason why some units madali mag baba battery health kahit 100% pa siya na bili kasi po ang iphone kung ano po yung battery health niya sa last na naka system sa phone is ma downgrade po kagad siya kahit bago pa po battery niya. Ang battery health po kasi naka system na siya sa unit. (Situation is applicable mostly iphone X above)

For example from the previous owner po is 90% battery health na lang siya then na change battery niya so 100% na ulit, pero madali na po yun mag degrade to 90% kasi yung 90% na bh is yun po yung naka system na sa phone before. Matagal na lang siya mababa if nasa 90% na siya. Pero wag po mabahal kasi di po mababa ang life usage kang battery kasi bago po mga battery niyan.

•Personal suggestion ko lang din po units from iphone 6 to Xr po ang adaptor na included sa box is 10watts lang which is not fast charger. Please I advice my client po na mag palit kaagad upon purchasing ng 20watts charger if ayaw masira ang battery, if ever na mangyare po yan di na po namin handle yan if ever na gusto mag papalit battery free po ang service basta sa amin na purchase but the battery itself handle niyo po ang price, kaya alagaan po ang mga battery. Ang charger po ginagamit sa iphone ay meron po big impact sa battery health so better to choose the quality charger na.

👉🏻Ano po ba dapat usually charge na ang iphone?
•Please do not off your iphone po if mag charge na or wag niyo po lagi power off iphone niya nag kakaroom po kasi wrong display sa battery percentage pag ganon kaya yung iba nagtataka why bago of yung unit nag jump yung percetage niya, pleae iphone wag po power off lagi nakasira po battery.

•After reading some different experiences about charging po dapat 20% pa lang po charge na ang iphone basta di na po baba sa 20% para maiwasan po pag shutdown ng iphone then charge niyo up to 80%. Pwde naman full charge (100%) pero advisable po na mga 2 times a month lang for calibration.
